Worst company to deal with. We have been up to date on our payments for 3 years(we have used them for a few items). We asked if we could simply move our payment date from the 2nd of each month to the 15 due to a new job with different pay periods. Got a swift reply saying there is no way they can do that. Zero effort to accommodate a client who has always paid in time. Specifically Tyler, you are the worst bunch of people to deal with. Stay far away from this scam of a company

18 month ago i bought some jewelry in mikaek hill where they gave me a flexity card. No big details were explained but I knew I had to pay before 18 months I called flex city last September and they told me to do that it was in June. Maybe I forgot the day. My email there was always send emails saying that I owe zero to pay my balance or to pay my credit end of each month. I never had the physical cars. I never got the phone call from them alerting me for the date that I had to pay the full balance since the beginning of the year I started to pay the card because I know it was due June my surprise on the third June I got the statement by mail telling me that I owe $2400 I panicked I only was missing to pay the last $250 which I paid on the fifth. I called them and they say my due date was first June for three days that I missed the payment. They were charging me 2500 almost I called them super rude they don’t even let you speak so back-and-forth after many phone calls different information given by them they reduce me my interest for 1900. I said no I’m gonna pay so another five or six call I got interest to $500. these guys are scamming very dangerous , there are no professions talking with us online they are not interested in listening to you so it’s really a very bad experience that I’m going to communicate to the Michael Hills store because it’s really a really situation they don’t charge you interest over the amount that you are Missing to pay by the due date, they charge you over the full amount a very ridiculous interest watch out

They are scammers will send you notifications 0 amount due and next month charges you an interest. So please avoid these people.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Flexiti Financial regarding my experience with one of their credit cards.

Approximately one year ago, I made a purchase of nearly $2,500 worth of jewelry from People's Jewelers, and they provided me with a Flexiti Financial credit card for this transaction. However, I never received the physical credit card from Flexiti, nor was I informed of my payment due date, unlike the standard practice of other credit card issuers.

After the payment due date had passed, Flexiti Financial sent me an email demanding a substantial amount of interest on the balance. When I contacted them to request a waiver of these excessive fees, given that I was unaware of the due date, their customer service representatives were unwilling to fully accommodate my request. One representative told me I would need to pay the full original purchase amount in order for them to consider waiving any of the interest charges.

I immediately paid the $2,500 purchase amount, which took two days to reflect on their website. When I followed up with Flexiti again, they stated they would only waive a portion of the interest, approximately $200, but not the remaining $750 in interest fees. Feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, I paid the remaining interest charges, but I am adamant about discontinuing this "poisonous" credit card.

Flexiti Financial's actions appear to be a swift and predatory means of trapping customers. They failed to provide essential account details, levied exorbitant interest rates without proper notification, and were unwilling to rectify the situation in a fair manner. This behavior seems to reflect a pattern of unethical business practices that I believe the Better Business Bureau should investigate thoroughly.

I urge the Better Business Bureau to intervene and put a stop to Flexiti Financial's concerning actions. Their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is unacceptable, and I believe many other consumers may have been similarly victimized.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. I have never dealt with a worse credit card company. First of all, the application was done by The Brick, and they skipped over a whole bunch of important information. They didn’t tell me about the $199 admin fee for all purchases over a certain amount. They told me I was on the 12 months equal payment plan…. But said it was a promotional interest rate. Now, it’s my fault I didn’t read all the fine print when I got the email confirming the card. But 12 months equal payments, at 29.99% interest is not a promotional anything. That’s one of the worst rates I’ve ever seen on a credit card, and 12 month equal payments does nothing but guarantee that your payments are high. I have paid almost $1000 to them in four months, and my principal has gone down less than $300. I just took out a loan to pay them off in full, so I can cancel, and never have to deal with them again. I will tell anyone and everyone my experience with this company. When I spoke to customer service, asking if there was a way to lower my interest rate, or to put me on one of their plans other than the equal payments, I was told by the customer service rep in a haughty tone that I quote “should have read what I was agreeing to” and “why would we lower it? That’s what you signed up for”. They even made me call a separate company and cancel the insurance myself. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Be careful with Flexiti. They have a lot of hidden fees and some of the worst customer service representatives who argue with customers instead of listening to understand. They may have you subscribe to insurance without your knowledge, and when you complain about it, they will refer you to another company while continuing to charge interest on insurance you may not even be aware of. Very dishonest and a rip-off. Avoid them at all costs!

For such a small credit amount available, they charge an annual fee of $24.99 and they don't disclose this upfront. Big trap for an unsuspecting customer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

1. They make it very hard to understand what you owe on payment options, if you ask them to send you a comprehensive breakdown they will ignore your request (I asked twice) and was charged for missing 40-50$ on my payments (for 3 months in a row) even though I paid EXACTLY what the "Next payment due" amount said atleast 5 business days before due.
2. Their support will not help if you ask questions, related to #1.
3. They charge an INSANE amount of interest on payments, sometimes north of 20-30%
4. They are well known for stonewalling you and not answering questions so they can charge increased interest/fines for "missing" payments even if you are asking for assistance in understanding their system.

Believe all the bad reviews, do not use Flexiti it'll be MUCH better for you to go to the bank instead as you will pay crazy high amounts to use their services.

Instead of making monthly payments I just took 2000$ off my credit card and paid off my entire debt to Flexiti so I could stop using them forever.

Avoid at all cost. A company with zero ethics and zero customer care. They will do their best to siphon any fees they can charge you.

There is an insurance company that collaborates with Flexiti "TGI Company". They charge you monthly with a single question " Would you like to enroll in Simple Secure insurance and protect your payments?" Saying "yes" will incur a charge. I can't even remember if I said "yes," and despite my repeated emails to the TGI Company to clarify, they refused to accept my explanation.

Loan sharks - stay far away 😑 . If you don't pay by the date you're slapped with accrued interest at 31%. Better to use installments on your credit card or you will lose money big time.

These people are a fraud and they working conjunctions with Wayfair and when I purchased the item from Wayfair within that month I had a scam going so I have to close my account my Bank actually closed it for me and reopened a new account because of the damn fraud that I had in my account little did I know that flexity in conjunction with Wayfair and whoever else they deal with or the companies they represent it's a scam total scam my bank and myself have called them up and ask them to tell us what the amount was over the phone so that I could make a payment any transfer because of my pain my account being scammed I couldn't use that account so they gave us the amount and we eat transferred it directly to them not even 30 days later they sent me a bill for $70 interest on almost $300 for one month so I said this is ridiculous so I called them up and I told him that I spoke to you people you gave me the amount you told me that everything was okay that it wouldn't be any extra charge and you sent me another bill for interest charges you know what the heck is going so instead of saying we're going to look into it and adjust by way of reversing these charges they keep on accumulating it and sending it to me so I don't care if my credit goes bad I told him I will never pay it and I won't so so sad so sorry for these people that do not have proper employees or stuff to maintain an account profiler and the attitude they gave me and the feedback they keep on giving me is so peculiar it really is nerve-racking so I don't want to deal with them and I pray to God that no one out there has the stupidity that I had to deal with these people my rate to these people is a zero to the left which means 00 left the scammers for sure scammers people out there that are reading these messages stay away they will get to you sooner or later.

These guys are criminals. Do not do business with them - stick to your bank if you can and their credit lines. I went to Trade Appliances to buy a water filtration system. I asked about financing and they opened an account for me with Flexiti. After sending in my driver's license and reading their terms and conditions I decided to not get financing. I called Flexiti to cancel my account without having done one purchase and they said they needed to verify my credentials. First they asked for a picture of the front and back of my drivers license. Then they said that the picture wasn't clear enough so they sent a link for me to scan my drivers license but their link didn't function. Then they asked me to take a picture of my passport with photo page and personal information. And THEN they asked me to take a selfie of me holding my driver's license which is when I told them to go f@(× themselves, that they were scammers and frauds. I called multiple times to close my account and they just wont do it. Stay away from these low lives.

Their interest rates are pretty high but you know what to expect. You get a bill and if you pay it on time, they leave you alone. I can confirm that they are now indeed reporting my payments to Equifax, but this only began recently although I have had the account since 2021. It looks like it raised my credit score because of the good payment history. It’s about time they started reporting more than delinquencies against people though.

Terrible company, similar business practices of loan sharks, money mart, etc. Husband and I decided to get a new wedding set for our 18 year anniversary, and we were approved on credit. Unbeknownst to us, it wasn't an actual credit card company that approved us, it was Flexiti. It is a company that has a very high interest rate. This put us in a terrible financial state, as with this approval, we were approved for $2500 on a $2331 ring set. We did not pay it within the promotional period, so they tacked on the interest accrued from that 18 month period. Thus increasing our balance owing to just under $4300. It was our mistake in not taking care of it before hand. However because it was over the credit limit that we were approved for, not only did we get charged interest, we also got charged $29 every month for an overlimit fee. So every month we were paying the interest, and overlimit fee and not making any headway. We just paid the entire balance off. If we hadn't, we would never have gotten it paid off. The monthly statement shows how long it will take to pay off. If you do the calculations, it shows you end up paying almost triple the original cost. Canceling this card, as this was one of the worst financial decisions. And what is even worst, they don't report to the Credit Bureau so it doesn't help your credit score at all, unless they send you to collections for non payment. I would never recommend this card to anyone. Not sure how big companies like the Brick, Charms, Crescent, etc are ok with being associated with a business as unethical as this one.

They will charge you 32% interest if you paid one day after the due date and even if it was a fault by one of their ignorant agents that give you a wrong info intentionally to ruin you!!!

Out of the blue i start getting bills for a card i did not apply for. This continued until the amount owing got ridiculous. Tried customer service got no where. Had my laywer write them a letter telling them to get lost. havent heard from them since. Scumbag outfit with people employed who know exactly what is going on.
