Customer service doesn't work at all - I ordered omega three for children by mistake. I wrote to them immediately, and the next day, and no one is responding. Of course they sent me the wrong product, which I can't return now because no one is answering. Also, the phone number listed on the address doesn't work at all.
Excellent studio, with super professional trainers.
J ai passé une commande avec flexity car j’ai une tendinite. Il devait y avoir 4 bonus - y compris la notice dedans - et je ne les ai pas reçus. Je ne sais donc pas comment utiliser et c’est bien dommage !

Unfortunately, we cannot accept this review as valid, since we are unable to identify any customer by this name in our system.
Based on the product description mentioned, this item is not part of our catalog, and we do not ship to the market indicated by the reviewer (Greece).
We attempted to contact the reviewer via the email address linked to the review, but we received no response.
We also reported the issue to Trustpilot, but we were disappointed by their response, as they refused to share even non-personally identifiable information (such as an order or tracking number) that would have allowed us to verify the situation or respond appropriately.
This has significantly diminished our trust in Trustpilot, as it highlights a flaw in the system—a false or malicious review can be posted, possibly supported by manipulated documents, while the business is left without any fair way to respond or verify its legitimacy.

I ordered pilates reformer and it was just briliant customer experience tho whole time. Tomas from Flexity was very helpful from the very begining, he helped me to choose the right type of reformer for me and then he was super quick with the whole ordering process. I am also very satisfied with the reformer itself. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this eshop and I am happy, that we have that sort shop with helpful customer service and with that range of products in the Czech republic and Slovakia.

Customer service is amazing and I absolutely love my new yoga mat. It was delivered fast and with no damage. It looks just like in the picture. It's great that we have a nice webshop for yoga supplies in our country now. :)

Super fast delivery, even if it was not in stock. I heard people complain about the initial smell of the mat, but I left it outside over night and that was solved. The mat is brilliant! My hands are not slipping on it even when they're sweaty. Thank you!!
