Company that says they want to help you but just want your money with their hidden and crappy customer service.
I called regarding a purchase i wanted to make at a business and had previously talked to an agent who swore i wouldnt have any issues regarding the amount and transaction.
Instead of 8000$, my card had been approved for 1000$.. couldnt make a change because it was the amount i had "applied" for and that i had to reapply in 6 months. Their system doesnt allow it. What a joke of a company. Would definitely stay away from this company for a loan.

Steer clear from flexiti and avoid at all cost. What a waste of time!

Flexiti is the worst. I was with them for a short period of time and it has been terrible. First neither I nor their reps could update my address. Second, payment balance was erroneous and it took forever to resolve. Lastly and MOST importantly, I requested that my account be closed about 6 months ago, zero balance, etc, customer service assured me trice that it has been closed, but I keep getting emails about my account from flexiti, so it's still open. Everytime I contact them they say they will close it, so now I have an email chain of lies because it still isn't closed!!

Following my initial review, Flexiti reached out to better understand the issue. After reviewing the details, we discovered that the mix-up likely occurred when Wayfair reprocessed my order for a price adjustment — at that point, the financing option was mistakenly changed from the 24-month no-interest plan to a “3% store credit” plan.

Flexiti eventually offered a $200 goodwill credit, which I’ve now received, and I appreciate that gesture. Their customer service and final resolution effort were solid, though the overall process could have been clearer and more coordinated between Flexiti and Wayfair.

Earlier this year I bought a hot tub on Wayfair and chose the advertised option to pay in 24 installments with no interest. To use it, I had to open their branded credit card account with Flexiti.

That’s where the problems started. I was told that if I paid every statement on time, no interest would be added. After paying over $1,000, I noticed my balance had barely gone down (only about $400). When I called, Flexiti said that’s “what they received from Wayfair,” while Wayfair kept sending me back to Flexiti. Neither took responsibility.

In the end, the “0% interest installment plan” I signed up for never actually existed. I had to pay off the entire balance just to get rid of this predatory setup.

I only applied for this card because of the financing option, and it turned out to be a scam. Save yourself the stress — avoid Flexiti financing at all costs.

Arnaque total 🤦, depuis 2023 je rembourse une dette de 2500$ qui ne fini jamais, ils sont toujours entrain d'augmenter les intérêts et me dis chaques jours que mon compte est en souffrance. Ne gaite jamais, jamais affaire avec eux, pire encore le service est exécrable. Beuuug

Terrible customer service that doesn’t help with any single issue. I applied for an account on Monday, and since then I have been using issues with my application. After submitting my id no confirmation message was sent to me, I reached out to Flexiti around 7 times within 2 days and nobody is able to help. When asked about the problem I was informed to keep trying, when I asked if my IDs were sent at least, nobody knows about this info, and when I asked to send the link again, they can’t do it. I’m wondering, what’s the point of having a customer service that cannot help with a simple problem, Flexiti? Terrible experience.

The worst creditor I have been with
, the charged over 340$ for interest and insurance that don't stop the interest while saying it's interest free plan!! .
Never trust them , get a credit from any way but them they will try to scam u by every way .
A year later, I`m still paying for the full amount, interest bringing it back up every time I make a payment.

I bought a diamond ring for my spouse. The salesman convinced me that with Flexiti, I could seperate the payments over time instead of buying it all in one shot. Complete lie.

It`s a completely fraudulent company. I recommend to avoid it like the plague.

The customer service reps will hang up on you if they feel they cannot help you or do not care to. I have asked multiple times to be put on their do not contact list as I’ve never heard of this company u til they started blowing up my phone. But hanging up and laughing is apparently far more of an appropriate response 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ce soir j'ai subis le pire service à la clientèle de mes 34 années de vie. J'appel car mon dossier traine du à un simple changement d'adresse. Je veux savoir le montant à leur transférer mensuellement et la personne au téléphone ignore complètement ma demande, elle est bête et me raccroche presque le téléphone au nez.

Je suis client depuis 2022 chez vous et c'est bien la dernière fois que je fait appel à vos services.

They claim they don't call individuals.....4 times a day they call me. Sleezey, slimey is the only words that come to mind.
