The Hoover, AL location is the worst! You walk in and most of the time no one will even acknowledge your existence.... would rather hang out and bs with friends on the clock... Most definitely will not be returning to this location.

Online ordering customer service would get a zero if it was a choice...non american speaking, but can get smart and lie. Went to store to return and although the insert regarding online purchases state you can return in store and you will get a refund that's not the case.. .They will return it at no cost to you....that's to be seen when I actually get my refund.

Will never purchase from them online or in store again.

Not even worth one star!!!! Appalling customer service iordered a belt on 17th September received no belt after calling 4 times to chase it to be told order now cancelled as they didn't have stock ive thenhad to chase a refund for several weeks!!! So basically they let you place orders and hold your money!!!! Will not be ordering from again

I placed the order on Tues, September 10th. I bought two outfits that total $224. I use the expedited shipping so I can get them overnight. I needed it before my friends funeral, neon green was his favorite color so his mom asked everyone to wear neon green to his funeral that Friday 9/13/19 (which is today the 13th September). When the shipment came in I realized that my neon green outfit was not in the package so I contact true religion and they told me that it takes 5 to 7 business days for them to customize the neon green outfit AND It was going to be more of a wait for them to send it out to me. Needless to say, I wasn’t getting my outfit by Friday Sept. 13th, however, I will not get this order NEXT weekend. I was very upset because not only did it not state that on the website but I paid $30 to get overnight shipping. When I asked if I can cancel the order and get my money back they said no because it’s still under processing. NO HELP AT ALL! SO NOW I am forced to go out looking and buying something else. This is very frustrating and the fact that they wouldn’t accommodate me makes the situation even worse this is the first time I ever order from true religion and the last time. You guys really need to stay on your website that certain items need to be custom-made and if it is not sent overnight expedited that people pay for you should reimburse them!!!!

Ordered 5 items from their website, one week later no goods had arrived, they cancelled my order and refunded my money ....I received my money back via paypal thank god = one star....order at your own risk from these cowboys

Ordered jeans in the sale and after 2 months of them not arriving I calls up to be told they don’t have them in stock, the money was taken from my account but returned without me knowing as the payment isn’t paid back it’s just reversed so you don’t get notified about it

If the internet was around in the stone age this is the kind of service that still wouldn't be tolerated.

Logged on, found jeans, ordered and waited.

Money marked as pending in my bank account and nothing. Nothing showing online so rang customer services who had no knowledge of the order.

1 week later money released back into my account still no contact from True Religion either acknowledging returning the money or apologising for their inability to fulfil an order they have taken money for.

So basically they seem no intention in fulfilling orders as they don't know you have even placed an order. You cant go buy elsewhere as they've taken the money and are 'holding onto it' for a week. This seems to be ok to them but after the week you are left with nothing and need to start the process again with another more reputable retailer.

This isn't a one off. I've placed 3 seperate orders.
It's not just on outlet items either which may be scarce. This includes items that don't say low quantity.

Great jeans but I wouldnt waste the time or effort on this bunch of cowboys.

Agree with other reviews re their stock management. they pre authorize your card at check out, effectively reducing your account balance, but cannot guarantee delivery of your order. What's worse, it can take them up to a month to confirm that your order is out of stock. that's if they come back to you at all.

Their customer service team, who are shocking, seem to think this is ok because your payment was only a pre auth and is released after x amount of time back onto your card if they do not ship the order.

A company who has such disregard for their customers can only go in one direction. Insolvency. I don't expect this crowd to be around in another year or two. And I certainly wont be spending a cent on their products. For high quality designer jeans try 7 for all mankind. Much better set up.

- They have no visibility into their current inventory levels
- Placing an order online doesn't mean that you'll get the product. It seems that they simply don't care because they won't charge you when it ships
- You have no option to cancel an order once it's placed so don't order it to a place unless you're going to be there for the next 30 days
- If you want a refund, return it to the store (sparsely found) or back online. Remember that they'll only let you generate a single shipping label per order # so wait for the entire order to come in before returning it (could be weeks)
- This means that ordering during an online sale is risky since you may never get the product, better to purchase elsewhere since there's a better chance you might get it
- Your credit card is still charged through this process so folks with lower credit limits should account for that
- Phone customer support cannot help you in any way, don't waste your time calling them
- No two stores have the same products. Its bewildering, really. They don't seem to care for a consistent or even positive customer experience

Summary:
It's 2019 guys. I understand your model to ship from stores and clear out older inventory but this absolutely breaks the customer experience. You've spent time/money to acquire a customer and lost that customer right away, at least this one.

I buy a LOT of True Religion clothes, but today is the first time I've tried to order via the company's own website. Five items in my basket, went to checkout, entered my name, card details and address, then received an error message saying my order could not be completed and I should remove items from my basket with "price N/A" marked next to them.

No items were marked as such, so I called customer service and explained the situation. While I was put on hold, I checked each item in my basked to ensure they were in stock, and all were showing as precisely that. When the customer services rep came back online, she informed me I should check for items which said 'only a few left' because this means they are out of stock.

"Does it?" I asked. "Surely what it means is there are only a few left."

"No," said she, "This is how the website tells you items are out of stock."

"Would it not be better," I posed, having checked my order and found that all my items were in this category, "to use the phrase 'out of stock'" when items are out of stock?" This way you can avoid misleading and subsequently irritating your customers."

"This is how the website does it," she replied, "and there's nothing you can do about it."

Well I think you'll find there is, love. I think you'll find I can call you an ar**hole on Trustpilot and warn people off buying from you. Have that. Have it!

I’d honestly give 0 stars if I could. This was my first and last time ordering something from them. There is no explanation as to why a pair of slides takes 16 days and 5 unhelpful phone calls to get delivered to my house. Always wondered what the hype was about true religion and I’ve gotta say, I’m thoroughly unimpressed.

Not sure what's happened at True Religion but it's undoubtedly gone down hill in the last few years. The once stylish Men's product line is now increasingly garish with many "Wickid" items now looking like they were designed by the same stylist who kitted out Ali G's wardrobe.

Customer Service is also very poor with delivery of items ordered being haphazard owing to poor stock control, and refunds for returned items are slow at best, although no refund was provided at all for the items I recently returned despite numerous emails to Customer Service. Fortunately, Paypal provided a refund as the items were tracked and True Religion marked the package as received.

After placing an order did not receive any confirmation then i called the company. The customer care was awful, line has poor connection and could not hear me properly. I asked why i did not received an email to confirm you received my payment, she replied still in process and will take up to 10 days for delivery.

In 25th February 2019 I ordered a oainof jeans that were in the sale for my son’s birthday, I got a email to say the order had been received and a following email would be sent with a tracking ref, however!!! 3 weeks later I had to ring the customer services as the order had not arrived and I had not received any explanation as to why.

The customer service rep informed me that the order had been cancelled due to the Heans being out of stock at the time but they were back in stock and of limited availability I said if I order them today am I going to receive them to which I was told yes and that they would discount them down to the sale price for me as they’d gone back to £100.

I did as advised and ordered them soon as I got off the phone, only to be let down Again and after being fobbed off twice on the phone and having no response to the two emails I sent. Still no jeans and had to disappoint me son again, very poor customer service from this company!!!!

Ive been happy with true religion from the first jeans i bought and never bought a different brand ever again as they are really really comfortable and the jeans last long time they don't fade and look new for years.

I have bought a jeans at $110, they have sent me a T-shirt instead, I reported that to them and they asked me to return the package and I did sent it to them and after the returned package delivered I spoke with them many times in the chat as they keep saying I have to wait up to 14 days so they can check the return item and they can issue the refund, now I have been waiting for more than a month and they still didn't give me my money back and they still telling me to keep waiting!! like forever!!

Paid for a pair of jeans, order confirmed and money taken, a week later rang and told order cancelled due to being out of stock, customer services rude and ignorant and not interested, jeans are still available on site but now at twice the price I paid!!! So do not use there direct website as they ability to function as a company is clearly distributing to other retailers rather than direct to public, avoid at all costs

i love this company as far a their product and the employees that work there. ive always had a great eye for fashion and this store has it ALL the time! every time i go in someone helps me find exactly what i need in a hurry! i think i might apply! keep up the great service guys!!!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans on 3rd December 2018. When they arrived they were completely different to the photos on the website so I returned them. 3 weeks later I hadn’t received a refund so I contacted them via email. 2 weeks after that I haven’t received a response to my email, nor have I received a refund. I am now going to contact my credit card company to report them.

I have purchased five items from the true religion site UK six weeks ago. I paid by visa and received the receipts however I know nothing about my package till now. I already paid the money but received nothing but a shipment number from the true religion officials. While trying to trace my package, the shipping company told me that the shipment number doesn’t exist on their database. I tried to call the site various times, yet no change till now. I do recommend stop dealing with that site at all. I lost 300 sterling and has to pay the visa back with interest. Be careful. True religion is a fraud
