True Religion makes very good jeans. Their jeans are very unique! If you are VERY patient and are looking to buy a pair or two wait, and watch for sales. It would be to your advantage to get to know the site expertly. You will save a lot of money. Once every month or two there is a great Flash Sale! Up to 75% off! This alone is worth 5 stars!! The 3 stars rating is because, don’t hold your breath while waiting for regular delivery. Waiting on delivery On average is at least a week unless you are willing to pay for faster delivery. $14 more to start for their lowest tiered delivery. ZERO C.S. Talk to someone. Most sizes for men run a bit Bigger! This is very important to know because guess again. Shipping and delivery with refunds is slow both ways! While the refund process without a doubt is well over a couple of weeks. Think I might lower one more star because NEVER is there a chance where a phone number is available to call on site and talk to someone. That is for THEIR advantage and maybe you’ll give up and accept whatever from TR. Get and Give a Phone Number for your Customers!!

I ordered two pairs of jeans from TR and for some reason when I clicked submit my address popped as a place I hadn’t lived in two years. I don’t know why my phone changed my address after I had my current one typed it but it did. Well it was Saturday when I placed the order. Customer support isn’t open on Saturday so I emailed them only to get a reply back tell me that there was nothing they could do. I’m baffled they waited til Tuesday to do anything. Did they not work Monday? They could have taken care of this Monday before it shipped out. So now I’m not receiving my package in a timely manner and this by far the WORST customer service I have ever seen or experienced! They could call fed ex and change the delivery location but they won’t even do that. I’m super pissed

Watch the clothes shrink after washing. They waist band gets tight and some stitching shows on the underwear. This is the same for the boxer briefs. The medium 32-34 is not a medium. It fits like a small or extra small. I purchased it for a man and it looks like it's boys.
I can't speak on my new jeans or shirts because they haven't been washed yet.

TERRIBE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent a belt that was defective. They told me to repurchase the item then they would refund shipping. When I did this they told me they couldn't refund shipping. I'd heard good things about this brand. But this is unbelievable that a company could operate like this. BOO!

True religion will give you the option on shipping for overnight overnight via FedEx unfortunately these idiots are going to tell you their logistics don’t allow processing for two days so how can you receive the shipment overnight? It’s false advertisement it’s illegal. It’s against the law to mislead the public so you’re going to lose that money. It’s going to take them four days in order for you to receive your shipment overnight.

I received a credit card charge for $164.62

I have never heard of this company and don't wear this kind of clothing!
On 12/9 I was in the hospital from 5:45am until almost nite time. I was having abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. I did not make any charges that day! I have made several attempts to contact them to ask for a copy of the order. I also went through a consumer website with no reply! Had to notify bank!
I recieved an email on 12/30 from the merchant. They are adamantly refusing to provide the invoice. I never received one at time of purchase. They have labeled ticket as closed. They advise calling bank and take fraud "seriously ". I had to wait for a new card and update all my auto pays. Very frustrating and distressing.

I agree with everyone else. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!! Trying to return clothing and they tell you to repurchase to get your money and then will not refund the extra shipping or difference in price. I will not be purchasing from them ever again. This was a Christmas gift and they are not willing to help.

I ordered a pair of pants from them a few months ago and haven't received a return yet because they didn't fit as expected. They respond to emails but none of the return labels or solutions they give me work. I can't get my money back or the pants back. I wouldn't order from them if I were you or am unsure of the size!

Horrible customer service, I submitted a request to return my items because the size was completely wrong and got ignored for nearly 2 weeks. The staff are unprofessional and rude. My package arrived in an awful manner and nobody is responding to my calls

I bought a pair of jeans which were reduced at £125 plus £25 shipping. When I put them on, I really wasn't keen and asked to return. I hadn't realised they only allow international online returns if you pay for the return yourself (at a cost of £35) and then have to wait 3 weeks for a refund (which I haven't received yet). The website says True Religion UK, the currency is in pounds but that is where it ends. I have had (so far) good experiences with customer support. They have been very polite and helpful. My concern is I thought they were uk based and they are clearly not.

Ordered a pair of jeans at over £200. Website stated they were 33 long, when I tried them on they were clearly short and not 33 long (all my other 33 long fit perfectly length wise by other brands).

I sent a photo of them measured to customer support showing they were just 32 but they blanked this and just kept insisting they had "checked at their end and the jeans were fine/correct" which is obviously ridic when i've literally sent them a photo showing them flat and straight against a tape measure.

True religion then stated I must pay to ship them back to USA (from UK) for refund despite them not being the length advertised.

I paid £50 to insure the package and then got notified theyd made it to USA and then that they were being relabelled and returned to me!

True religion said Id shipped it to an part of the building that "doesn't accept international returns" and when I showed them the screenshot of the courrier info being the exact address they told me to send it to they just didn't care at all, blank that and told me to pay to try send again and restated the exact address id already paid £50 to send it to.

Very rude and uncaring.

Started the process of claiming a refund via my credit card as this company is just awful and really difficult to deal with.

Never had any big company like this and I do a lot of online buying. Any decent company would take responsibility for an item not being the length they stated it was let alone give you return info that was never going to get the item to them ...then troll you telling you to just pay again and try sending again to that same address (another £50).

Really uncaring customer support. Wasn't at all shocked when I came here to find most reviews are 1 star.

I received the incorrect order.My email showed what I ordered when I contacted them by chat.They showed me what I ordered which was completely different than my email. This was my first time ordering but never again.Dishonest practices

Thee worst customer service EVER I have & always have been in Loyalty program I spent OVER $500 not one point was received emailed CS kept getting generic responses instead of helping with the issue sent proof still NO HELP!!!! Still oh sorry & they were gifts I didn’t want to ask for them back while I was trying to get it fixed I thought with such a BIG company we would get it resolved but nope sure did not I’m going as far as calling the BBB on them cus I really want some of there stuff but then again it’s getting cheap real polyesterish so mayb I don’t want to order TRUE RELIGION IS FAKE FLAW & FALSE definitely doesn’t hold up to it’s name AT ALL

Do not buy online if you are unsure about the product because if you have to return it you will have to wait 21 days for a refund.

This is the worst customer service ever. You cannot get help if you need it. I purchased gift cards for my daughter through the online store and cannot find the original email they sent. I have been trying to get copies for a week now. I have texted and I have emailed, as they do not have a number to speak to anyone. They tell me they resent the gift cards, I tell them no they haven't. I showed proof of my inbox (pics sent through text), proof of my spam, proof of my search of true religion in my mailbox. I am at my wit's end, and at this point, it's theft on their part as they have 350 of mine that I cannot seem to get back. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Will never buy from this company again. I ordered two of the same style of bootcut jeans in different color washes with confirmation email to prove it. When I received my order, I got one pair of a completely different style of jeans that were flared bell bottoms basically which I do not wear. I reached out to a customer service representative via text and they argued with me that what was ordered and sent out was correct on their end even though it wasn’t. Screenshotted a picture of my order confirmation which clearly showed that what I ordered wasn’t what I received. They got back to me via email saying that the issue was resolved and online orders can’t be exchanged so I’m stuck with jeans I won’t wear and pretty much SOL. Terrible experience, do not recommend!

I have made a purchase online order and never received the package. I have attempted to contact every phone number I could find. No phone number for customer service. So, I emailed them for 7 days straight and only response was a confirmation they received my email. This place is awful! No customer support at all. The picture that was taken was of a package that was on a carpeted floor terrible photo no proof of delivery. After contacting them 7 days in a row one would think I would have had some sort of response. Do not buy from them terrible experience.

I wrote this to customer service:
Hi, 3 months ago I purchased a pair of your jeans through ASOS and wore them about 5 times over 4 days and the material on the rear left stretched through so I sent them back. I received a new pair and exactly the same happened. The jeans are not tight on me, I wear them just to walk in. So I sent them back again and the same happened in the same place with only wearing them for half the time. I will send them back a third time but will not order them again as don’t have the faith in the product it will not happen again. This is a huge shame as I have purchase True Religion jeans for over 10 years.

Their response was:

If these jeans were bought online through our official website, provide your order number.

Your response was dismissive and entirely inappropriate, especially considering that the issue is clearly not related to a third-party supplier but to the consistent manufacturing flaws in your product. While the supplier did replace each pair, the replacements were just as faulty, suggesting a recurring quality control failure on your end. It's highly likely the defective products have since been scrapped, which further reinforces how serious the issue is.

What is most disappointing is your apparent refusal to accept responsibility or to show any genuine concern for your customers. The situation reflects not just a product issue, but a lack of care and accountability from your brand.

Unless I receive a more appropriate and satisfactory resolution to this matter, I will be left with no choice but to share my experience across social media platforms. My aim is not to damage your brand, but to warn other customers of the poor quality and lack of support I have encountered—issues that raise doubts about the reliability of your broader product range.

I urge you to reconsider your position and respond with a resolution that reflects the values your brand claims to represent.

They chose to ignore me! Shocking. Urge you to never by True Religion products and based on other reviews, most customers are of the same opinion!!

Ordered some clothes for my son only for it to disappear contacted them where they did absolutely nothing to assist me even insulting me with profanities, extremely rude, refused to send my money back or replacement which they should of done considering I even paid for insurance? They don't answer messages. they don't have a customer service number anymore 😒 email they send just to insult and close case. It's such a shame they were a real great company good quality, quick delivery, customer service were great and things would actually get resolved. True Religion you are so shameful and such a disgrace. People do not trust they they will only steal from you, then insult and email profanities
