Absolutely rubbish avoid buying from True religion. Bought some patch embroidered joggers spent £80 on them to wear them 3 times to nice places for them to rip so easily even a light fall will rip theese up easily. Absolute rip off avoid buying from this company. They use cheap materials and rip people off

This has been one of the worse online experiences I have ever had. They are quick to take your money. There is only basic info about courier service and when you enquire about not recieving items they inform you its lost. A bunch of rip off artists and thieves. No items and no monies back and they take no responsibility.

advertised sale (30% off) on Canadian webpage (have screenshots), item reverted to full price in checkout, very expensive for one pair of jeans, customer service rude and dismissive, refused to adjust or acknowledge, ridiculous extra fees ($80 Canadian), no customer service whatsoever. Subsequent emails asking for help unanswered. Horrible first experience with this company, will not order again.

They are just b**st, they sent you a promo code for %20 off, then when you prepare to check out the price go to regular. Very be careful when you when you buy it, make sure you check again before proceeding the payment. Horrible.

These have very easily become my favorite jeans ever. All styles. Comfort A1. Fit A1. Wish I had 20 pair. 💕

If I had the option of zero stars, that would be more accurate. I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter for Christmas, which cost me over $200 CAD. On the back of the jeans it has wings which are full of gems. My daughter wore them once and at least half of the gems fell off. They hadn't even been washed yet. I contacted customer service and told them what the problem was and this was their exact response, "Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items that were damaged after usage." I didn't even request a refund that this point. Given the cost of their clothing, one would assume that the quality was very good, not the case and shockingly bad customer service. My daughter has purchased several items from this company, but I will be sure that she doesn't spend another penny with this company.

Their not extending the 30day return policy through the holiday. I would avoid purchasing presents from this company, since alot of cloths are not true to size.

I purchased some jeans. I kept one pair and sent the other two pairs back the very next day. True Religion received the return (I have proof.) I was told it would take three to four weeks for my money to return to the original payment. True Religion did not wait for my payment when I purchased, why should I have to wait 4 weeks to get my money back when it is clear they have the returned jeans. I will never purchase from this company again. This is a ridiculous company. I am extremely angry over their policy.

I have been using True Religion Brand Jeans, sweatshirts, tshirts and more for over 5 years and let me tell you this - True Religion is the absolute BEST. Jeans fit like skin and they feel fantastic in addition to looking fabulous. The jeans are comfortable too. I use them for travelling, wearing them whole day long. Multiple times I have shopped at the Vaughan Mills location and my very favourite Customer Service person is Oneil. Oneil has made my shopping experience time and time again easy, he is helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. True Religion is lucky to have Oneil as a front staff.
Cannot recommend enough this fantastic brand and the store with the awesome service.

I bought a jacket from true religion, and it was delivered to the wrong address, and true religion is not willing to refund me back my money or willing to send me another jacket…. I will not be ordering nothing else from true religion again horrible

I only purchase true religion jeans and for the past 5 years loved them until the last 2 i only wore a few times and the butt split open i have had discounted jeans i paid $12 for last longer i will be looking for a new brand

One of the worst companies ever!! I will never purchase from them again! Let me start by saying the jeans Run super small. And the return process is absolutely ridiculous! And to get to customer service even worse!! Then you have the audacity to sell expensive jeans!!! it’s been over two weeks and I have yet to get a confirmation about my return! when I emailed them, it literally takes about two days to response and when they do they don’t give you an exact answer! Save yourself the time and hassle and don’t purchase from this company!!!

Wouldn’t recommend them at all horrible customer service. Ordered one hoodie 127 plus tax and it was too big I returned it and before even getting the refund because it takes 2-4 weeks for some reason I ordered another one of the right size and the stitching is all messed up and all they say is “oh we’ll return it” bogus for high paying customers not even an apology nothing this company is highly shady… shop IN STORE IF ANYTHING NEVER ONLINE THEY WILL SCREW U OVER!! There quality has severely dropped since they aren’t made in USA anymore they outsource.

I always read reviews before ordering online; however, I didn't do my due diligence because I am familiar with this brand. Oh, Boy, what a mistake. Like the other reviews, getting any help from this company is impossible! I also received an email directing me on how to return my order; I did not receive it because FedEx is again holding onto my package. I tried several times to contact True Religion, and the number listed is Verizon. I also followed up with emails that did not prevail. I suggest anyone thinking about ordering from Trie Religion think twice. I am in the process of filing a claim with the Better Business Borough. I will never, and I mean never, order from this company again!

I asked for help to return my merch, ( international). I got a reply but when I followed the procedure for return, nothing worked. I contacted them again a couple of times and then directed me to their return policy which meant I won't get any help.

The Size Guide says a 36 is equal to 38-39" waist when in reality a 36 is equal to a 36" waist! And there is no option to return this item. This has happened twice now.

Made two orders, subpar quality, intended on returning 2 of 4 items. Broke my arm, had to have surgery, unable to use arm to do anything. Explained situation in hopes of some understanding and compassion. Unapologetically brash and tacky. Shameful.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from an international address and returned them and they barelt paid me back half the money I'm owed. Terrible form.
I've also spoken to customer service several times and they keep telling me my case is resolved which it isn't. This is theft! I'm extremely unhappy, especially with the price of thier jeans.
