What I like about this site is that there are always sales going on I’ve been shopping with them for about three years. The only problem that I run into is my sons joggers being short in length although I read the description for the model who’s ideally 6.2 and wears a medium, now my son is 6.4 so therefore I’ll purchase him a size xl so hoping that the length would be good some joggers that I ordered was the perfect length and a few was extremely shorter. Actually my son has a small torso so the waist of the joggers are extremely big even with the draw strings tied. Therefore I can’t get him a medium although the waist would be perfect but I’m sure that the length would be extremely short. So all and said there clothes aren’t measured correctly plus as I stated the model for a pair of joggers that I ordered he was 6.2 wears a medium I brought my son an. XL the pants were floods , now I’m 5.10 and a half the pants were short on me and remember the model as stated was 6.2.

They have a UK e-commerce site and yet mail everything from Pakistan and buried deep in their site they say the done have any returns allowed on UK orders... thats £150 completely wasted

Returned jeans six weeks ago. Still haven’t had a refund. Have emailed several times to chase up and just receive automatic emails back. Will never use this company again i’m owed nearly £200 and it was a birthday present for my son. Thieves!

I wished I can give it zero stars. It’s been 3 years and I still haven’t got my money back yet. We were communicating back and fourth about my refund and they said they never received my returns. They kept on telling me that they are waiting for headquarters to respond. I asked for headquarters phone number which they gave me and no one ever answers. I finally got a hold of UPS and they were able to give me a tracking number from the return label that was created by true religion. They finally admitted that they received the product but stopped responding to my email. What a piece of crap company this is.

Stitching came away from the back pocket almost immediately. Contacted the company for help and they said they cannot help. What a waste of money.

true religion is true scam. I paid £126 for a pair of jeans. never delivered no refund either. true scam is a day light robbery. customer support is a joke. they offered items no longer exist in order to keep and profit from your money with the excuse of late delivery by border free... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. true religion is a true scam. Im burning all stuff I bought from them in the past. that is how disgusted and disappointed I am with this kind of terrible act of scam.

This company is awful!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me purchasing anything from this company. I am so surprised they are still in business. The company did not refund my total amount so I will have to contact my bank regarding this. They are extremely unprofessional and their replies are very odd and don't address the concern (they ignore money that they owe you). I have rarely seen ratings/reviews like this for any company. This is BAD!!!!

Apparently True Religion is a one man show who can't stand customer related issues.

First of all, i receive defected items from them on a regular basis, there should be a compensation in any way, never happened!

Sending a complaint mail is being responded in a completely different topic, as if i say "Good Morning" it is being responded as "Sorry we can't help in that", well, Siri does a better job than you for sure!

Paid for 2 orders and sent them an email for a combined shipping since both orders are placed in the same minute and for the same shipping address, NO we can't do that, their response was!

One of the 100 orders i made is being delivered to an address, another 2 orders are not delivered to the same address due to incorrect address provided, their response is NO RESPONSE RECEIVED AT ALL!

I trust this is a ONE FRUSTRATED MAN SHOW business and no wonder how large is the negative feedback they receive from their "LOYAL" customers.

Thank you, I will be returning it when it arrives. Their business practices are atrocious! I tried to cancel this order within five minutes of making the order! Additionally, they don't give you an order number or email! They cannot be contacted via phone! Please start a return because I will be refusing this package. I will not be strong-armed into accepting an order that I do not want and made every attempt to cancel! All of this took place over a 36 hour time period! Every company has a cancellation policy except for this ill-fated company! It's no surprise that they're in Chapter 11 bankruptcy! This has been a horrible shopping experience and I will never buy anything "True Religion" from any retailer!

I ordered goods at the end of January and partially returned them at the beginning of February. I haven't received a refund to date. Customer service is not responding.

I have placed an order online through True Religion website, the jeans has been sent very late. it has a very bad quality. when I tried to login the website did not let me to sign in, please consider this is a new trick for avoiding to pay back to the customer. I have send a complain through Paypal and I am waiting what will happen.
I suggest do not order online at all, it seems the companies have started using of different tricks, then be careful.

I need to send back my jeans but when I put the order number in to generate a prepaid label it says order number not found. After emailing them this information it took a week to come back and they just send me the link to return. I have asked them to send me a prepaid label. Now I will probably have to wait another week for them to respond and they are not providing me what I’m asking! These jeans are 150.00 and I need to send the back. Never will I order from them again. Absolutely awful

customer service is horrible they never respond after 1 text or it takes 2 weeks just for a response true religion sent me the wrong jeans and didn’t answer me for 2 weeks after my 3rd email they replied they just simply wanted me to return the item very frustrating

People in the uk need to contact Trading standards they are aware of true religions behaviour the more people who file a complaint something will be done.
I bought jeans in 2018 within 12 months of purchase the material had come away at the knees and seems I contacted them in 2019
We are now 2021 and I get ignored or being told it’s out of warranty time frame they don’t bother to read the full messages see I wrote 2018 and tell me they can’t do nothing.
Absolute shambles of a company I was loyal customer with about 7 pairs of jeans I won’t be buying again.
Trading standards are in touch and I will take this further

Bought items and while in transit prices dropped. Customer services agreed to refund difference of items. I gave order number, yet I'm being asked to send list of the items. I send the list and also the new prices. They delayed replying until the prices change and claim its more expensive now and would only refund an amount way lower than what I calculated. Without providing you any clue what items their refund relates to. Very shady and poor customer service. They close down enquiries several times claiming its being resolved. If you have time and keep emailing they will reply you back then later stop replying and close down again claiming its been resolved. Even when you send evidence they claim they are unable to view it. Just a waste of time and not fit for purpose. Shame this is coming from a reputable brand. Don't waste your time contacting them just return the goddamn items and buy other brands. Even the low refund they never paid it.

Great products, but the customer service is one of the worst I have even seen. They don't solve your problems, write back emails that seem to suggest they have not read yours! Very agressive marketing -- I will be blocking all of their emails from now on and not going to order anything from them, which is a pity because their stuff is really fun...

I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was despatched and I have been tracking it. It’s supposedly been in the country since 16th November. I can’t get in touch with TR other than email which they have not answered. I am waiting for customs charge which TR should have told me about. I’m not impressed at all.
