Experienced Shop Owner and Truststworthy
I was ordering a dress for my daughter's wedding. Mydressline/Iness Couture was one of the few shops that carried this particular designer. She had the dress listed amo g all the shops at the best price.
I ordered the dress online and immediately Iness herself called me and asked what date I needed the dress by. We agreed on a particular date and if the dress did not arrive to her shop by that date Iness told me she would refund my money no questions asked.
The dress arrived in time to Iness's shop in California. Iness promptly shipped the dress to me. The dress was shipped by UPS and arrived on time.
The dress was a Terani Couture dress, it was exactly what I ordered, and beautiful!

The dress I ordered was exactly what I was expecting! The process was very smooth and mydressline was the only place that had the specific dress I wanted in stock in my color and size and at a 10% discount, much less than any other site I checked. Very pleased with my purchase. For the bad reviews left on their return policy, any bridal shop and site I visited had the same return policy, my dressline is not different and their return policy is clearly stated - they shouldn't receive bad reviews for this in my opinion.
Best Experience Ever
I can not say enough about this wonderful shop and its AMAZING owner! I looked everywhere for the gown I wanted for my son’s wedding and could not find it…it was literally sold out everywhere. Upon contacting Inessa and leaving a message, she immediately called me back personally and promised to get it expedited to me since the wedding was less than 2 weeks away. The dress was a Jovani gown that promptly arrived within days from California to New York. However, this particular dress runs way smaller than my usual size in Jovani in the bust area and did not fit. Again, another phone call was made to Inessa. She literally overnighted a larger size to me and saved the day!! She was the most wonderful person to speak with and was so understanding and pleasant and calmed every bit of panic that I had. Even though I live in New York and can shop just about anywhere, I will return time and time again to this amazing shop! Thank you for putting 1000% into making this customer very happy!!!!❤️

Dress not received and incredibly poor service
I ordered a dress for a work event, and got notification it was delivered. Except it wasn't, it was literally abandoned by the delivery driver in an unsafe location outside my property and then by the time I returned was no longer there - it had been left in full view of a busy road and footpath, not hidden behind anything at all. No card left. Whilst this is NOT the fault of Mydressline the rest has been truly shocking.
I contacted Mydressline as soon as I had checked all around the property and with my neighbours to make sure they hadn't take it in, and was told that I needed to contact FedEx UK to open a claim. Working in the industry I do I was a little surprised at this as I know UK shipping companies rarely engage with the receiver as the contract is with the sender. I contacted FedEx UK and was told that they had raised this with the depot and it was not something they would expect from their driver and apologised. They sent me a recipient claim form and acknowledged they had failed to deliver. Under UK consumer law until the parcel is in my hands I cannot be considered to have received it; a photo of a parcel outside a door does not represent proof of delivery. I have never stated leaving any parcel in this place is safe. FedEx UK then told me they had a limit of what they could pay out to me directly and this is linked to the weight of the item. Unfortunately this equated to £55 against a nearly £400 dress. FedEx told me to go back to the seller and get them to raise a claim and to refund me. Under UK law this is exactly what needs to happen.
I contacted Mydressline to explain what FedEx UK had said and was told 'we do not issue refunds especially when it is showing delivered'. They then went on to say that they would contact FedEx to run an investigation and file a claim, but the context was very clear, they would not be issuing a refund. I responded to say their reply was not acceptable under UK consumer law, and the reply intimated I was just stating that it hadn't been received. I have even spoken with the local police about this just in case a crime reference number was needed, however the abandoning of a parcel means it wasn't stolen from me, but from the seller.
The person I was talking to kept saying that investigations need to take place, despite FedEx UK having already undertaken one, and I called them out for the flat out statement that refunds are not given without then explaining the nuances of their meaning. This was then met with a reply that they never stated no refunds - see the quote above which clearly shows this having been stated. Overall at this point the level of rudeness and aggressiveness was unbelievable. The last communication was me calling that out, and then saying I would only expect to hear from them once they had heard back from FedEx. I did this to prevent this escalating beyond this point, thankfully the company did not respond further.
Overall they have tried to wash their hands of this issue, and when called out on their blanket statement responded with aggression and rudeness. I am fully expecting this review to either be disputed, or for me to be accused of being a rival company but I can assure you I am not, I am simply a lady who bought a dress in good faith and when issues arose with delivery on the receiving end of aggressive and rude responses in what I believe to be an attempt to intimidate me into going away.
UPDATE: The person I have been speaking to has now threatened to post a photo of my front door for all to see as proof the parcel wasn't left kerbside as I have apparently stated, that is despite me clearly stating a photo outside my door doesn't prove delivery, and the parcel was abandoned outside my property. Do yourselves a favour and don't deal with this appalling company who resort to threats.
FURTHER UPDATE: I raised a chargeback with my credit card company after Mydressline repeatedly failed to file a claim with FedEx. I believe this is because no insurance was taken out on the parcel, as told to me by FedEx. At almost the time limit for dispute of this chargeback Mydressline did just that, disputed it. They claimed that I was making the loss up, despite my bank being furnished with the Ring camera footage showing the parcel being left on my doorstep and then someone else taking it. My entire property is covered by cameras so the accusation I was making it up was somewhat futile. My bank informed me they had all the information needed to settle in my favour. Their response below shows scant disregard for the whole issue- customs fees should be included in the whole amount paid by the customer so is irrelevant, video footage shows the parcel being stolen, and to state I kept a parcel that was never received is outright lies. FedEx have confirmed no investigation was initiated by the supplier, and confirmed to never have been delivered to me.

Satisfied mom of a senior going to prom
With prom season right around the corner, my daughter and I were shopping for prom dresses last weekend. Our online search brought us to Mydressline.com. The retailer has prom dresses of all sizes that caters to all body types. My daughter ended up choosing a La Femme dress that has timeless elegance which she can use for other occasions as well. If I could do zero stars
If I could do zero stars, I would, I will make sure that every TikTok influencer I know spreads the word about what a horrible company this is. It took me every penny that I saved up to buy a dress for my daughter’s wedding that did not fit me right and did not look good and she refuses to let me return the dress!!! $503! I’m struggling financially as it is! What dresscompany out there does not let you return a dress if it does not fit and one time exchange only so that means if you get another dress and it doesn’t fit your screwed out of the money! Stay far away from this company I will make sure it is all over the Internet!!

BE AWARE…I had a terrible experience with mydressline online retailer. The customer service which is the owner has the nastiest attitude and is dishonest and incompetent. Although I was fully aware of her policies before my purchase it didn't matter to her. She doesn't adhere to her policies, makes up new ones for her benefit, and provides inaccurate size charts. She's a con artist. First, she gave me such a hard time exchanging the defective dress and was charging me $85 for the restocking fee plus shipping fees to exchange the same dress for a smaller size. After I sent the dress back for an exchange she falsely accused me of damaging the dress, refused a replacement, and kept the payment. Luckily I had evidence and I managed to get a refund after disputing the charges. I am warning others to avoid shopping with Mydressline and her physical location. STAY AWAY as far as you can.

I bought this dress for an important event and ordered a size small, which is my usual size. However, when it arrived, it didn’t fit at all. I immediately put it back in the box and emailed the company to request a return. While I appreciated the option for overnight shipping, which I paid for, the fit was my primary concern. I placed the dress back in the box and contacted the company again.
Unfortunately, I was informed that the item couldn’t be returned, only exchanged for a different size. The company makes it very difficult to return items, so I had no choice but to request a different size. By the time the exchange process started, I missed the event because I didn’t have the dress to wear. When I inspected the dress, I found several defects, which was extremely disappointing considering the price. I even took a video and sent it to the company.
The quality of this item does not justify the cost as well as sizing is off. I’m sharing my honest experience to warn others don’t buy from this company. I was willing to pay a premium for what I expected to be a high quality product, but instead, I received not only sizing off but a defective item . The company doesn’t take these issues seriously, and their difficult return policy raises concerns about their business practices.
If you’re considering purchasing from this company, be aware that you may not be able to return defective items, and the quality might not match the price. I will continue to share honest reviews based on my experience. Stay away from this company and their products.
This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever come across a $1,000 dress, And they won’t exchange it for my size. They expecting me to accept a size 6 and have a seamstress adjust it. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. Dont buy From this Company!!!
This company does not comply with consumer protection laws by refusing refunds and fair exchanges. They declined my request for the correct size and forced me to accept a size they had in stock. I recommend avoiding this company and contacting your state’s consumer protection office if you experience similar issues. Their practices are unacceptable.

The best shopping experience
I wanted to share my recent experience. My daughter found a dress she set her heart on for prom. Unfortunately, in the shop here in the UK, the dress was damaged and they could not source another one. I found the dress online at mydressline.com and I contacted them regarding the dress we wanted. From the start, the communication was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were definitely ordering the right size, as US sizes are very different from UK sizes. Once it was sorted we placed the order and it was received here in the UK, well packaged and on time. I cannot thank mydressline.com enough for the service and going above and beyond!

I would like to share about my experience, and say thank you for making my decision easier. I was trying to find a dress for my mom, which is not easy because she is so picky. Finally we found the ones that we like the most and we got all information that we needed to confirm our choice. The team was so patient with answering to all our questions, helped to find the right size, for what I would like to say thank you one more time. I am shocked by the poor reviews. It is industry standard to my knowledge (and I’m not in the industry) that formal dresses typically are final sale under any circumstance - most places don’t even allow store credit or exchange for any reason. My advice to anyone reading the bad reviews about sizing is to look up the designer specific size chart & go off of that if available. All of mydressline’s policies are really clear on their website; I really appreciated their transparency.
From the start I had shipping questions. I reached out to the via WhatsApp & they were kind & quickly responsive. Being an anxious person, I wanted to make sure they had my dress in stock because I had not found it anywhere else in my size. They were again very kind, even though the answer to my question was available plainly on their website. My dress was shipped on time & received in perfect condition. It is beautiful & I cannot wait to wear it. So thankful for mydressline - their customer service, shipping practices, and selection are unmatched. I’m in the market for a new formal dress about once a year & so are several people I know - I will be a return customer & be recommending mydressline to anyone & everyone who will listen! 🤍

Amazing Dresses
This is hands down the best place for evening formal wear. Not only was I able to customize the dress but it was also delivered 2 weeks!! I purchased my dress for a wedding party and I got so many compliments I almost started to feel bad for the Bride because of how much attention I was getting. If you want to look and feel like a million bucks don't hesitate and buy from this place. Customer service was excellent and the dress exquisite and very high end!

I purchased a prom dress online and it was the best experience ever. The customer service is outstanding and all of my questions were answered in a prompt and timely manner. I had to call the store because I had made and error on my end. They were so accommodating and friendly.
