Their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered !!!! Very rude only can communicate via text and will disconnect from you with ease leaving your problem unsolved!! My package was delivered to the wrong address and they claimed they would update it days in advance and never did they told me to contact courier but made it where you can't change via courier only true religion had the authority to do that and they didn't. Very nasty company has a private twitter lol that's so strange and seems like a big red flag!!

How can a company who is supposed to be high end not have easily accessible customer service??! This is just ridiculous. You have three options, call a number that leads to nowhere, chat with a bot that understands nothing except simple issues (I guess), or leave an email that is never answered. I’m going to stop dealing with companies who can’t invest in decent customer service. That’s a sign that they have no concern for customer service and are only interested in profits. Ridiculous!

The dye in the jeans will destroy your laundry. If you’re silly you want to buy these. I am so angry they destroyed all my clothes more than once. Look at the dryer sheet after the third wash.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any company before, let alone a bit company who should have it sorted by now.
The attitude was appalling. They did not answer any of my questions, they just tried to palm it off every time I replied. Being very rude and condescending. My top started falling apart from the first time I wore it, I have worn it about 4 times now and it is just unusable now as it has holes all over it where the material is too thin. Considering this is a quality issue, they kept replying with the same thing. Never acknowledging their quality issue. Absolutely awful and because I’ve got no guarantee how long any of their products will last, I will never be buying anything again from this disgusting company.

Un tanto decepcionada, creí que la calidad de los boxers iba a ser estupenda pero no fue así. Los jean son excelentes pero ya tengo duda sobre otros productos. Tuve algunos problemas con mi envío y fue muy dificil que me ayudaran.

I liked my True Religion jeans I purchased at a Marshalls discount store, so I thought I'd order more off the True Religion website. Ordering was easy enough, and I always check to see what the return policy is. They had a link to where you could do this from your account once you set on up on a computer etc, and you could access the invoices there to see your purchases too. I decided I wanted to return 2 of the items and when I went online to access my account it says the email (the original one I used to set up my account and order the items) wasn't found! So I thought I'd call customer service. YOU CANT CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE as there is NO PHONE CONTACT for them! I had to TEXT customer service as that was the only option since their online chat wasn't working either. After getting an agent and requesting help, he sent to my phone a return label to print out. I explained I had no way to print it out from my phone, as I had no access to a printer or a computer that had a printer and he explained this was a problem I had to figure out since this is the only way I could do it. I am not that comfortable doing things on my 'smart' phone anyways but I did find help with a friend that had a computer to access y phone via blue tooth to get my label. Once again, another company that makes it easy to order, but leaves you hanging in the customer service department. I have yet to get my refund for my return items so I'll be writing an update soon I hope. I wont be ordering from them again. It took 20 minutes to do this via text BTW and there are no retail stores anywhere near me.

Orders are all over the place they loose orders and when you try and contact customer service there’s only a text option and they’re willingness/capabilities to help are horrible. I’ll never buy online again. Just go to the store and deal with people face to face, online is a hassle for sure.

WARNING TRUE RELIGION & BORDERFREE

In August 2020 I ordered two TRUE RELIGION items via BORDERFREE. Kept the T-shirt, returned the jeans. Have proof of posting and receipt. Have spent over a year trying to get a refund on the returned Jeans, and have been sent round in circles by both BORDERFREE and TRUE RELIGION and have not received a refund. The actual content of my emails is ignored as if it's being read by an algorithm, and my 'ticket' was repeatedly closed without resolution. I have finally given up as I have spent literally hours chasing the approximately £100 they have stolen from me. PAYPAL were absolutely useless when I asked them to help and also closed my ticket unresolved. Avoid all three companies. Pay by your credit card direct. Barclaycard have always been brilliant if I've had any issues.

Bought some boxer trunks and they ripped after 3 wears , never happened before. Highly don’t recommend.

Amazing website very easy to order. I bought 20 pair of men's jeans and got all my jeans and all the right sizes. True religion is all I love to wear. They are not scammers this is a legit company that makes millions of dollars yearly.

i made an order around the 4th of may 2021 for £400, 2 days later i get an email saying its been sold out. I then had to follow them up, and ask for a refund since they don't mention in their first email ,when and for how long your money will take to return. Today is the 4th of june, 1 month later true religion !!! and you still haven't returned my money for the sold out check plaid shirt, unbelievable. Thats not the worst of it. i only managed to like one item, however the jeans were overtly big as on their website it says 34, with no US sign next to it. The two jeans i purchased happened to fit like a 38UK. Thanks, true religion. If that wasn't enough, they gave me a red outlined polo shirt when i ordered an orange print polo. How ridiculous that i even have to write this, its 2021 and this is the standard that big cooperations are maintaining ? you true religion don't deserve the hype, the name or status nothing. return to me my money for the 4 items. The check plaid shirt, the two pairs of jeans and the red outline polo shirt !!! i wont rest.

love their products, used for years, never had issue buying things from online , untill now.

i ordered 3 things £270 which was free delivery, all good. then the next day i saw another item i wanted , so i taught il just email them and add to the existing order -since not posted yet , so that, its all free delivery. as i didnt want to order another item £118 and charged extra £16 delivery,
because item less than £150 will be a £16 delivery
i emailed , called but without success , i used facebook messenger , and got reply a day later saying cant cancel order, cant add order, i said ok give me a waver on the delivery , so i order the extra jeans of £118 , they said not possible

so basically no option available.
what a terrible company without any option at all.

still love their jeans.

il will just get my order delivered, and il forget about the extra item

Quick delivery and good quality clothing.

I really like True Religion and their quality jeans, I've never shopped online, i always visit the boutique store, and staff are very welcoming and helpful. Their clothes are of great quality, kind of expensive yet they last. You actually get what you pay for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent me not just the wrong pants, the wrong size, but the jeans I got look used! The thighs are obviously worn out! I’ll never buy from them again. Lol what kinda store sends old used jeans to a customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service probably the worst I've ever experienced! I don't usually leave negative reviews but on this occasion felt I had to. Seven days since placing my order and still not shipped but no communication stating there's going to be a delay. I appreciate it's a busy time but communication is key. They won't let me cancel until ten working days have passed. Truly terrible customer service. My advice would be DO NOT ORDER.”

Personally, I love True Religion and their jeans, I've never had an issue with their online shopping although it isn't surprising to have the occasional issue but setting aside that, their clothes are great quality, great price, very comfortable and fashionable, I do have to say it's better to go in store as it's better and easier to find your style and size (but that applies for every clothes store) but in conclusion I 100% recommend this brand, give it a try and see if you like it :)

Who said this brand is only for men. Love my true religion jeans. Kinda pricey but I feel good wearing them :)

I have not received an item I ordered and the tracking and account clearly shows this. They have not responded to one email query I have sent them. They are do not deliver - they are not trustworthy. Do not buy from their online store.
