We had Reena when we went to Escape Hunt in Watford and she delivered a truly exceptional experience. To top it off, she went above and beyond when our car got locked in the car park as it closed early. She made sure security were able to help us. The perfect example of going above and beyond. This was the best escape hunt experience so far, and Reena made sure me and my partner were able to make it home safely which she didn’t have to do. Thank you for a great experience.

10/10 had a amazing time there today with my son in Bristol Cabot Circus thanks to the guy which I forget his name to come and us as I don’t use the lift and also thank you to Eloise she was a great help as well

Had a great time at Escape Hunt Manchester. First time here. 2 adults, 2 older teens. Room was fun, interactive but doable. All the puzzles/moving parts worked. Elliott was great - wonderful pirate accent and the right amount of helpful.

Unfair booking policy. Even though it says you can make changes to your booking within 24 hours, you can't change the numbers so we ended up paying in full. When complaining about this, it says that its in their T&Cs, but to get there you have to press a bunch of links and then read to 9.2. They should be more transparent.
Eventually we were allowed to carry the 2 extra bookings forward if I booked more people in(I.e. spend more money) dor a times lot that wasn't during peak hours.
The game itself was fun, but we didn't know if we'd actually got some of the clues right when we had. We'll be going again and will know what to expect now...

Was rude at the start and haven’t wven started and was supposed to start 20 minutes ago! NEVER COMING AGAIN

Kate helped us with the booking and all went smoothly - short of us turning up late. The manager was great as well, we didn’t get all the way to the end but very kindly showed us how we would’ve escaped! 10/10 would do again.

Aladdin - Well imagined Escape Room, friendly staff, Emily B was great. Quite tricky with quite a lot of props etc that weren’t necessary for the plot, so needed more clues than we would have liked.

Fun for adults and children

We did blackbeard. No idea or anything or prompts set what to do.
We rang several times for help but sadly the person giving us promises did not do so very well and spoke in a pirate weird accent We could not understand. Very confusing. As I have done several of the other rooms previously as they were amazing and really enjoyed these. Me and my 11yr old son left very very unhappy with the experience. I spoke to the lady as we left explaining and giving her the chance to book us in a different room later next week to give it another chance. But sadly she really didn't want to know.

i went on sunday 14th and did the wild west escape room with a friend and it was amazing. Ryan was very welcoming and kind, also had a great american accent when giving any clues to keep it feeling immersive. Will definitely becoming back :)

We did Excalibur at the Glasgow location and it was fantastic - very immersive and super fun! One of the best escape room companies we’ve used.

Very disappointing experience. We had a late game (21:15 on a Saturday), but for £154 you expect the same level of service no matter the time. We weren’t let in until 9:30, some equipment was faulty (suitcase wouldn’t open, missing wire connector), and staff seemed disengaged. We had to ring multiple times for help, weren’t offered drinks or photos, and got no proper debrief at the end. Overall it felt rushed, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

Visited the Escape Hunt in Glasgow and it was so much fun! A range of really interesting escape rooms, we went for Aladdin and it was great- very impressed with the decor and unique clues and puzzles. Staff were all super friendly and enthusiastic, in particular Chloe and Kara really made our day! Would recommend for a fun afternoon out :)

Sargent Major Ares made our experience simply capital! Me & the Old Boys needed to defuse a bomb in Jolly Old England to win the war against Jerry you see, and their guidance made it jolly good time, would certainly do again, tally ho!

Please avoid - broken parts in the rooms, no help at all. Incompetent staff. Disappointed kids for my daughter’s 10th birthday. Staff too young and don’t care.

We had such a brilliant time at Escape Hunt! The game was clever, engaging, and—best of all—it actually followed a story, which really added to the immersion and made every puzzle feel like it mattered.

The whole experience was well thought out and great fun from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about making sure everyone has a great time.

I’d absolutely recommend Escape Hunt to anyone looking for something fun, smart, and memorable to do—whether you’re new to escape rooms or a seasoned puzzler!

Ibriham and Ryan in Oxford were so funny, we did the Wild West themed room and whenever we asked for a hint they were good fun and made us laugh, we had a cocktail in the room and overall was a fun experience

It was our first escape room and it didn’t disappoint. We played Alice in Puzzle Land in Basingstoke and it was so much fun. The experience was really made so much more fun by host Jordan who played the voice of the white rabbit impeccably with humerous clues that kept us laughing.

My sisters and I decided to meet up at reading for the escape room experience. 3 of us had gone to some before and 3 were totally new to them. What a joy. Harvey’s fun clues and his calm attitude helped us on so many occasions. He must have been in hysterics watching us miss so many obvious clues. We didn’t hold much hope to completing the room but it was fun trying. We definitely want to try again. Just one tip though (as we were all over 60) maybe for us seniors we could have more light as our eyes aren’t so good. We did Alice in Puzzleland and albeit a small room it managed to entertain and frustrate. Thanks Harvey

Absolutely terrible customer service. Pieces in the room were broken and the assistant was soooo unclear over the speaker. After that I tried to contact them in ANY possible way and never got a reply. Won't use them even again
