What a great mattress
What a great mattress, didnt expect much for the money as I have always bought millbrooks, but I am very surprised that this is just as good for a quarter of the price. Was worried it wouldnt turn up as there wasn't much correspondence but when I contact customer support they have been great and put my mind at ease. Will be buying from them again

Decent quality, good value, prompt delivery
Surprisingly good quality considering we went for one of the cheapest options. Good, solidly built, and well protected for delivery, which was very prompt.
Special mention for the delivery company they use. Excellent comms, very easy to reschedule if date not convenient, and then super-friendly and helpful delivery men.
All in all a very good experience. Recommended.

Fab service…
I asked for early delivery as i had guests coming. The website says 10 working days but after my whatsapp request my matress arrived by 8 working days and guests love the matress. Great customer service a d very comfortable mattress

Amazing service, quality and value!
Really superb service from Adam and the team at Elliots Beds! I had a particular bed in mind that I wanted and searched high and low for it. Elliots have a great selection of luxury looking beds that come at a fraction of the price of big brand retailers. Adam called me to double check the specification after I ordered it, and they were also able to customise the mattress for me. It was delivery really quickly, which is amazing considering everything is made to order. The bed is so amazingly comfortble, with heaps of storage underneath. Really happy that I have a luxurious bed that is great value too.

Tried to order a sample of two colours…
Tried to order a sample of two colours but their web site didn’t work. They have sent me the wrong colours. When I asked for the correct colour samples to be sent they have ignored me. I wouldn’t recommend based on the web site not working properly and their communication. They also charged me for the incorrect samples!

They did not email me saying they would send the correct colours. In fact they ignored my email. They only contacted me after I left a bad review. This is based on my experience with this company. They then messaged me asking to take the review down. They did not order me the correct colour samples. They did offer me a discount, but after this experience I would steer well clear of them. Won’t be buying.

We have reviewed your order and our correspondence in detail. As per your order confirmation email, which was sent to you at the time of ordering, the same fabric/colour was selected twice. These are the two samples that were then correctly dispatched to you in line with that order.
In response to your messages, we did reply asking you to confirm the correct fabric colours you were hoping to receive so that we could send out the additional samples. We also refunded the full 50p charged for the two original samples, and we have confirmed in email that we are happy to offer you a discount on any future bed order as a gesture of goodwill.
We truly regret that your experience with the sample ordering process has led to a 1-star review, particularly as the items sent matched the details on the order. Had we been made aware earlier that different colours were required, we would gladly have sent the extra samples out free of charge.
Customer reviews are very important to us, as they help other customers see the full picture of our service. If you would like us to resend any specific fabric colours or discuss this further, please contact our customer care team and we will be more than happy to help.

Amazing bed and service. Had an issue with the address which was resolved. They gave me a 15% discount as I'd not added a discount on my cart which I wasn't of when ordering. A nice service and money back.

For clarity, every mattress on our website includes a firmness rating to help customers choose the correct comfort level. In addition to this, you also contacted us directly and left the following note with your order:
“I need firm mattress. One of your customer assistants, Adam, told me you can make one for me. Please send me firm mattress with same specification. If you can’t send firm mattress then I do not wish to purchase medium-firm.”
As you can see, you specifically informed us that you did not want a medium–firm mattress, so we created a firm mattress for you exactly as requested. We offer three comfort options: soft, medium, and firm — we do not offer “extra firm,” as mentioned in your review.
We’re also disappointed to see a 1-star review without any contact to our customer service team beforehand. We are always happy to help and would have gladly discussed your concerns to find a solution.

The bed is great, delivery company not so.
The bed is great, thankyou, but you might want to use a better delivery company. Delivery turned out well in the end, but due to the inability to communicate with the drivers caused some stress.
