Adam great customer service
I had an issue as Shopify had pulled the wrong address onto my order. The customer service team were amazing. I believe it was Adam. Not only did his sort out my issue he advised I hadn't used the black Friday code and am now getting 10% if my order refunded. This is the 2nd bed I will have had from this company and they gave been amazing. Beds are fab quality as well. Fingers crossed everything comes to the right address.

New Mattress.
I had been looking for a new mattress for a while something really nice for when our daughters came to stay. I came across Elliots in my search and noticed their 4000 Box pillow top mattress. It looked amazing I rang them a couple of times just to double check size and they were always helpful and friendly. Ordered the mattress it arrived when they said it would.... It's amazing all the kids have been round to try it brilliant. I would highly recommend to anyone in fact one of my daughters is looking to upgrade her bed and mattress so she is going to check them out as well. Thank you Elliots will be using you guys again. So disappointed
I ordered some swatches which did not arrive after a week and the company scored poor in responding. after a poor review a response was made, excuses made plausible at first. Did receive swatches after sometime, Adam called me apologising. Wanted helped to make my order no response again so I have decided not to go ahead with my order, Elliot Beds you need to improve your communication.

I just wanted to clarify that we did respond to your email which came through to us on the Monday – we replied on the Tuesday confirming we could offer you a further discount as a gesture of goodwill to help with your order. We certainly did not intend to ignore you and I’m sorry if our reply didn’t reach you or was missed – it may be worth checking your junk or spam folder just in case.
We completely understand your frustration about the delay in receiving your fabric swatches – they took longer than we would have liked, and for that we apologise. However, as we did reply and tried to resolve things with an additional discount, it’s disappointing to see a 1-star review based solely on communication.

So impressed with the customer service…
So impressed with the customer service and general willingness to help from Elliot’s Beds. From assisting with assembly , and when one of the pistons has n the ottoman sprung a leak, they promptly despatched a whole new set for delivery. Elliot beds truly embodies the concept of going above and beyond - the user journey definitely doesn’t end with the purchase! I will refer everyone I know to them without hesitation !
