Very quick, good quality
Very quick. Headboard substantial and good quality. Customer service good. Answered my questions promptly on WhatsApp. Would have appreciated some flexibility with cancellation which I tried a few days after ordering. Our problem resolved so we didn’t need to cancel afterall.

My bed arrived with 2 delivery men…
My bed arrived with 2 delivery men really quickly.
It’s perfect, I love it. It’s very well made, it only took a few minutes to put the feet on, clip it together and do the gas arm on each side.
I bought my mattress elsewhere as I really wanted to try it out first but the bed is so comfortable.
Only thing I would do differently is to have the metal thingies put on to stop the mattress slipping off, so I have bought some to put on.
Overall service was excellent bed is excellent can’t complain about anything. Great service, thank you Elliot’s beds

Very poor communication
Very poor communication, I was told I would be given a delivery date on Tuesday, still no delivery date however given the company provide-

I have had no response for any means of messages/phone calls/emails. I require a delivery date to ensure I can either take time off work or have someone in the property given they charge £30 for the bed to be brought into the house. I would not recommend using a company who cannot respond to ANY means of contact.

The bed and mattress were good value
The bed and mattress were good value, and communication from the company up to the point of delivery was very good.
The problem came with the delivery people. We had paid for the bed to be installed to the bedroom. On arrival, the delivery men claimed they only needed to deliver to the ground floor, and not upstairs, nor were they going to assemble the bed, as they had no instructions to do any more than deliver.
After some discussion, they did install the bed as paid for. At this point I could not get through to Elliots , and they never returned my requested call back.

The Sussex bed is absolutely beautiful
The Sussex bed is absolutely beautiful. We got it in Pink Blush Velvet. Really stunning- just like the pictures. The bed is heavy & well made. It took about 30 minutes for 2 people to put together. In comparison to my previous bed, the difference in quality was noticeable immediately. My previous bed was an M&S bed I'd had for 5 years. This one will certainly last much longer.
My only recommendation for Elliots beds would be to possibly include an instruction sheet for assembly, & also use a different delivery provider. The delivery men were very polite, & put the bed in a downstairs room we requested, but arrived a day late & there was very little communication from the delivery partner before the delivery.

I paid for assembly but the guys did…
I paid for assembly but the guys did not come with the tools so could not assemble. This was refunded it just doesn't help that I can not assemble myself. The bed is lovely. I bought one expecting the bottom bit but apparently it was different from what I chose.

I love love the headboard.. it is perfect and well made ...my only fly in the ointment was the delivery time .. lack of comunication ( del time .. 10-2
They turned up at 9pm ...it's not the time they eventually came .. it's not keep in touch , because I thought they weren't coming .....but when they got to my address they said they can't carry it upstairs ..I said just take it back , then they said they would take it up for £20 ... absolutely disgusting pair of individuals ...so they turn up @ 9pm 7hrs late and then refused to carry it upstairs.... But would for £20 ..THEY WERE A PAIR OF CROOKS .....all I can say they will do your business alot of harm
