The items themselves were satisfactory but the customer service and whole experience of the company was nothing more than shocking, no replies to emails until I raised dispute with bank, then a flurry of what’s app messages calls from the delivery driver and also turned up on my door demanding to gain entry to see the panels. Once I told them I would retract dispute again they have gone silent and no contact. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully the goods were good but if anyone else had issues with the product then they wudnt be able to contact the company at all.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding delivery and the dispute you raised. The items were delivered and received by your partner, and we have photos and video confirming this. Following your claim that the items were not received, we sent the same courier to your address to verify the issue. During this visit, your partner confirmed that the items had indeed been delivered and that everything was in order, and advised that you would contact the bank to cancel the chargeback.
Unfortunately, this has not yet been done, and the headboard panels remain with you. As a company built on customer satisfaction, we cannot tolerate untrue allegations regarding our service. We will be attaching evidence of delivery and confirmation from your partner to support this. You can keep the panels however we ask for you to update your review as alternatively we may have to take further action.

Got there in the end
Bed is good quality but you have to pray nothing goes wrong as customer service is hard to get hold of.
I mistakenly ordered a headboard too big to get up the stairs and had to call about 5 times over a week before I got through to anyone who would help me order a replacement.
Despite paying for them to deliver to the bedroom, i had to argue with the couriers who claimed it wasn't their job.

Poor Value/Overpriced
My order was a quick delivery, however it was not worth the price. It was made quite well, however, the quality of the fabric was very poor. I think it was overpriced, I could have purchased better quality elsewhere and I wish I had.

Impossible to contact!
Have sent 3 emails and never had a response. Asked a question about a headboard dimension a few months back to no response. Ordered and paid for 5 samples, only got sent 4 of the 5. Impossible to contact about the missing sample, the final email their inbox was so full that my email didn’t deliver. At least I’m only 25p out from a missing sample and I don’t have a problem with a whole headboard that would have cost a lot more!

New ottoman
Everything was good. It took a few days for me to take the packaging off. Noticed a tear where the outer tape, on the front of the ottoman, so reported it to customer service. No response to date. We were a day or two late in checking the item, so it’s probably been dismissed. Check your delivery immediately, and report any problems, it’ll help.

Generally good but watch out if you’re ordering a divan top ottoman
I am generally happy with the bed, but disappointed that it was not made clearer on the website how it would look if I ordered the divan top ottoman. I paid an extra £100 for it and now I am left with a weird, low footboard that is frankly in the way and prevents me from sitting on the end of the bed. It is only there to hide the join, so really doesn’t need to be anything like that wide.
I acknowledge that the website gives the measurements, but it doesn’t have a picture of the divan top version so I had no notion it would look like this.

Good quality bed at a good price. Build instructions could have been clearer and very little flexibility on delivery times, but good product.

I was very pleased with the overall experience of placing an order from Elliott’s. My only negative was we didn’t get any notification of the delivery and it was delivered within 10 days of ordering, luckily we were only 5 minutes away when the delivery arrived. I have to say the bed frame and headboard are solid, we have the storage as well and we are really pleased, would definitely order from here again.
