I love my bed!!
I love my bed!!! I ordered material samples in preparation for the Boxing Day sale. It took a really long time for these to arrive, I think this was because they were out of stock of one material samples, so they were waiting to fulfil the whole sample order. Although the samples weren’t with me in time for Boxing Day, the best thing is that you can order the bed and pick your material later, so I ordered my bed in the sale. Once the samples arrived I selected the material and colour and the bed was with me next day!!!!! You can’t really ask for better than that!
The bed is great quality and I’m honestly really happy with it. Their video instructions to put the parts together were really easy to follow. Much better than paper instructions! I will 100% be ordering from Elliots again in the future.
The only thing I will say is that the headboard I ordered had wings on it, so the gaps at the bottom to fix it to the base had to be exact as there was no room for movement. The right side alignment was a fair bit out, so I had to drill a hole in the base to align with the gap in the headboard. If I didn’t own a drill I would have spoken to Elliots to resolve it (based on my experience with them, I think this would have been resolved quickly), but alls well that ends well.
There were so many designs I liked on the website, it was hard to choose. But I genuinely really love the bed I have and it really feels like quality. The communication from Elliots was great. I trust in them as a company, which is hard nowadays.

A truly amazing company
From viewing their website, to placing my order, & keeping in touch via WhatsApp, the whole experience is unique, especially using WhatsApp, they are very friendly & when my item was delivered within the time slot, it was extremely well packaged & handled by delivery drivers with great care.

White Teddy bear blanket box
My item arrived a day late , but it was worth it the teddy bear blanket box is amazing,
very roomy inside and well packed , just be wear that the courier tried to charge me for my item to be brought to my flat, as they thought it was a bulky item for two to carry up Until they seen it , definitely will be buying off Elliot beds again

headboard delivered three hours late…
headboard delivered three hours late but in good condition, did not realise it would be so heavy and had to wait three days for a relative to come and take it upstairs for me rather than pay an fee for delivery to to do,

We ordered samples only for it to cost us more!
We ordered samples at cost to us for them not to turn up until approx 3 weeks. And to receive the samples we had to pay a fee to royal mail as Elliots had underpaid the postage... Not Very Good To be honest decided not to go with them for our bed.

I ordered a double ottoman bed from Elliot’s bed and am SO SO pleased with it. The customer service via the WhatsApp was so quick and helpful and they helped me choose a perfectly customisable bed. Fabric swatches sent quickly and the choice of fabrics is amazing. I couldn’t find anyone else on the internet that provided choice like it. The delivery was so fast and fitting was done quickly and well. Would recommend Elliot’s beds to anyone that wants a personal well made high quality bed! Thank you
