Faultless
I've got to say, having bought numerous beds recently following a house renovation, I wish I had chosen Elliots for all of them. The quality is amazing, the ease of putting ot together is first class and I never write reviews, but thought it was only fair to review this one! Great comma over WhatsApp and telephone from the company. Perfect bed which looks amazing and superb quality.

Sample swatches
I paid for sample swatches with a view to purchase a bed. Unfortunately the samples didn't arrive, I contacted the company and they apologised and offered me a discount off the bed.

Expensive Headboard
Bought a headboard, pretty expensive at £360 upon unwrapping the quality was very poor, it had mirrored strips that were cheap plastic type material and they weren’t even fitted well ( the symmetrical pattern didn’t match side to side) . The stars are for their aftercare service, refunded me the money in full after offering a replacement, and money off, I went for a full refund, Emma was very helpful.

Great quality bed and customer service
I'm happy with the bed that we purchased from Elliots Beds. We did have some issues with the bed that was originally delivered to us, but Elliot's beds have turned a negative experience into a positive one. The bed was replaced on the day we were promised and the faulty one taken away, and we are delighted with the quality and comfort of the new bed.

Excellent product & service
Bought a super king divan base with drawers on line, the website was easy to use & the cost was really good value compared with other bed retailers.
Delivery was quick, the communication from the delivery team was really good & they delivered within the time they stated.
When the base arrived, it was really well packaged & we were pleased with the actual construction. The base was heavy & well made, it was far, far better than any we'd seen in the same price range from high street retailers.
Would highly recommend Elliots for their price, service & product.

After putting my order through and…
After putting my order through and clicking on Ottoman beds
I wrongly assumed I was actually purchasing an Ottoman bed. It wasn't until the following day when I checked my emails I realised it was a further £145 added extra. I felt disappointed and realised this extra wasn't within my budget.
However after ringing and chatting about my mistake, I was pleased to hear I could still keep my bed but with the Ottoman included. This was good news.
Soon after I got a text message informing me on my delivery date and time.
Unfortunately for the delivery arrived earlier than the time I was given...early in the morning.8am
I was told to expect it between 9am and 2pm.
This meant my old bed wasn't yet brought down.
After some discussion with the delivery driver and Elliots beds the team between them managed to sort out the old bed and bring it apart. This was an awkward one for me as the men had other delivery's and were I felt on a tight schedule. I felt unsettled at them having to help me take my old bed apart. But knew the matter at hand would have been attended to if they'd arrived at the original time already arranged previous.
I could sense the Friction caused.
However the delivery men continued on with the job and put my new bed together.
All in all I'd advise the company to give clearer time slots for early morning delivery's, with a better communication on earlier delivery's
I was made to feel it was my fault that the old bed wasn't taken down.
That part didn't sit well with me, I let the company know this, to which they replied with an apology.
That I was grateful for.
The bed itself is absolutely beautiful, very well made and has a luxurious look and feel about it.
The only down side is the Ottoman part is easy to pull up but hard to pull down. I need another person's arms to help push it back down. I don't know if this is normal or not!

Regarding the Ottoman mechanism, some models can feel a little stiff initially. We’d be happy to give advice on easing it so it’s easier to lift and lower safely.
