From start to finish this company was fantastic! Love my headboard! Communication great. Value for money. Would definitely use again.

Beds Online Store did everything they said they would.

Customer service answered every question I asked (and I asked a few)

Kas, the delivery driver, as promised, called before he arrived. He was very respectful and even offered to remove his shoes when he arrived.

He was professional and polite throughout.

I hope Beds Online recognise what a great representative he is of their company.

The bed is beautiful!

Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received from Beds Online Store and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that does exactly what they promise.

We have had a great experience with this Company. We were unsure about buying a bed online, but were invited to visit the warehouse by Raihaan, to discuss our requirements and view mattresses and sample materials. We decided to proceed with the purchase and our bed was delivered very quickly. We were not given much notice for delivery, but the Company did avoid the days we had said we were unavailable.
The bed frame and mattresses ( there were two as it was a Trundle bed), were all excellently packaged and the delivery company guys were both polite, friendly and helpful.
We are very happy with the quality of the bed, material and mattresses. The only reason for losing one star in our review is that the two mattresses are not quite level when the Trundle is set up as a double bed. This is because the top mattress is so thick and comfortable, whereas the trundle needs to be thinner to fit in the space below. Despite this technical issue, we are very impressed with Raihaan who responded to our query very efficiently and speedily, and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. We are happy to recommend this Company.

Absolutely brilliant . Nothing was to much trouble . From order to delivery.

Really happy with my base and head board. Very professional and quick and smooth delivery. Brilliant turnaround and last minute order.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, for almost identical headboard at dfs I was looking at £449, got for a fraction of price here! Delivered with care & got a follow up call to check all is well. Thank you!

I ordered the wrong bed 3 times and the customer service I received was great, they helped me through the process and when my product arrived I was even happier. Would happily buy again, big thanks to raihaan.

Great Service, Value for money.

Easy to place order, delivered as promised, great price and better quality than expected.

Cannot recommend this company enough. After initial problem with delivery I contacted them and straight away I was emailed back and the problem was sorted . Bed is amazing for the money and would definitely shop here again

Great comfortable beds now purchased two. Excellent value and the company advise you by text when the delivery date is followed by another text one day before delivery
On day of delivery you get a text giving window for delivery. Cannot fault the product or company.

Was a great buy and delivery

Good service. Reasonably priced product. Maybe should have chosen the extra firm mattress as the firm wasn’t as firm as I was expecting. Apart from that all good

Good service with excellent delivery. Would be five stars but the mattress was not a soft one
