Great service. My emails and queries were replied to immediately even on a Sunday and company were more than helpful in sorting out my exchange as I ordered the wrong bed by mistake. Loved the product. Would definitely use this company again.

Easy to order good quality for the price and let me know when it was being delivered would order again steph

Really pleased with my new headboard. Looks great at a really good price . Delivery time was as promised and straightforward .

Have used this company several times, always a good service, on time deliveries, always kept up to date on arrival, and nice products . The most recent order, in the past 3weeks I ordered the wrong sized bed, I phoned them to explain situation, they cancelled order, refunded money , and I re-ordered correctly … unfortunately the 2ft 6in bed I ordered wouldn’t have been suitable for a 5ft 10inch tall Male lol thoroughly recommend

If I could give this bed ZERO stars I would!! Don’t get me wrong the bed looks exactly like the photos and I was beyond happy when it was delivered. but the bed was faulty. It broke and fell causing it to cut my chest area where I am left now with a scar! they also refused to give me a refund or collect the bed (legally was entitled to my refund) you have to pay more to get the bed collected if you don’t want it. 🤣. Not once but twice. They’ll bring someone out to inspect the bed who tells you what you want to hear and then you’ll hear nothing for weeks chase it up for them to say it’s your own fault! Bought the bed in march been sleeping now on a matress for 3 months cos they refuse to refund and I and a mother who can’t just whip out money for a bed I have children to think of !

Very impressed by the bed quality. I did have to make an adjustment to the side to close a gap between the side and the headboard. Delivery slots would have been better as had to make sure we were going to be in the whole day. Put delivery off three times as not ready for our bed. Delivered on a Saturday in the end which was good. Would recommend for quality and price.

The gentleman that brought the bed was very nice and helpful it was delivered and put up it saved my daughter worrying as I was in hospital at the time my daughter spoke very highly of the gentleman and I am very satisfied with the bed thankyou so much

Brilliant furniture at a great price! An excellent addition to our spare room!

Ordered bed and headboard online and was very pleased with them when they arrived. The delivery men were quick and efficient. Would have no hesitation ordering from them in future

2nd time ordering from this company from ordering to delivery and customer service after ( we encountered a small problem with the feet of the bed ) has been excellent … I will definitely use this company again and again 😃

Really comfy bed, great price and fast delivery, couldn't ask for any more highly recommended

Happy with my new ottoman bed base and headboard. The price was very competitive, and the quality is good.
Not happy with the delivery. It was delivered on the planned day, but no phone call, and the bed was left on my drive, and not taken to my door.

The only complaint was that the clip was plastic instead of metal and the only way they could be fitted was if the bed was in its final position. If the clips were fitted in position and the bed moved the clips would spring off.

Good bed for the price. It is for our 3rd bedroom, Although our granddaughters have used it they said it was very comfortable! Very pleased with delivery time too !

I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely person called Raihaan when struggling to decide on bed . I can't praise them enough they are professional in there knowledge of there products and the speedy reaction in replying to any questions. The bed I got is the highest quality build and the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud I sleep like a baby . There product's are set at the highest standard . The quality and service are second to none Highley recommend buying from them

Easy ordering, great delivery, put straight into room, old bed taken away

From start to finish, the service and delivery has been quick and professional. I am very pleased with the quality of the headboard and they helped me to have it made and delivered within a few days so that my husband could mount it on the wall before he had to go away. Thank you so much bedsonlinestore you have been fantastic!.

Only gave Four as not tried the bed due to renovating house still. Good delivery but no way of joining the two bed pieces together to make it a double bed so used some steel brackets.

Great service had a fault with my bed they came back promptly sorted it great company highly recommend
