I ordered a item on the 3rd May, had not received item as at 21st May after 2-mails sent, so telephone sales only to be told I need to ring 08444413010
this first call cost me £1.82.The second call informed me I should have received a e-mail
informing me that my order was out of stock, no e-mail was received by me,
so it was agreed to cancel the order, cash re-credited on the 27th May.

Two e-mails sent by me to ECKMAN asking about my order received no reply
so I had to investigate which cost me more money of £1.82.We will not be using ECKMAN AGAIN UNLESS ECKMAN RE-IN BURST THE £1.82.

Never written a bad review before but DON'T USE THIS FIRM. Ordered hand sanitiser in April and after numerous telephone calls, getting nowhere, we are emailing them, so it's in writing. Apparently when you're told, 'it's in the warehouse', it is, BUT what they don't tell you is that the warehouse is in CYPRUS. So wish we'd read the reviews before ordering......never again!

Have just contacted this company as goods not received after 2 weeks. Told would be another week but not to worry as payment had not been taken.
Checked my card account to find payment taken 2 weeks ago. Rang back and "Michael - we're not allowed to give surnames" said goods were ready for delivery and should be with us in 2 or 3 days.
Two conlicting accounts within 5 minutes!
Am not holding my breath and will not use this company of liars again.

Awful; been waiting over month after placing a very large order. Customer service is very poor-quite a rude unhelpful lady when I eventually got through. She gave virtually no updates and told me to ring again in 3,7,or 10 working days?? Will never use again (and having read these reviews,I’m not particularly looking forward to the porn promotions in the delivery!!)

Impossible to communicate with them. They are clearly crooks that just steal your money. Once bitten! Do not use these thieves.

Ordered hand sanitiser on 3 May - promotion said 'new stock - and said to arrive with me in 5-7 working days. Now 14 May no sign of it. Tracking does not work. Customer services tell me it is coming from Cyprus - not mentioned before - and could take up to 21 days. I would not have ordered had I know of Cyprus and 21 days. Foolishly assumed 'new stock' meant 'in the UK. Wish I had read these reviews too!

My Dad ordered the fruit trees and they did not arrive. He emailed twice to enquire but did not get a reply.
he phoned to be told they were on back order and they would call back to let him know when they are coming in. He did not get a call or email and when he phoned back he was informed the order was cancelled. He was told he would have to wait 8 to 10 days for a refund.

This company just ignores you if there is a problem Bought coiled hose : leaks at the tap because hose has split and cannot be repaired and trigger broke within a week of using it and no replacement came despite promise it would be sent .Will not buy again from this company and suggest you don’t. I wouldn’t give any star if I could

Hand antiseptic which I ordered has not been delivered and I cannot track it. I received an email to say it had left the warehouse and would take between 7 and 21 days (yes, 21days!!!) to reach me.

Not impressed - they sent porn promotions to our address that my kids could have opened. I don’t think posting that kind of material through people’s doors who have not asked for it is appropriate!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my last order. I have used them before without problem but my last order experience has been appalling. I ordered 2 pairs of clip on night driving glasses what I got was one pair of glasses with frames which I had to pay the return postage. I agree their helpline isn't helpful or friendly. I sent a covering letter which was completely ignored as they still sent me another " special thank you for being a loyal customer" of 10 free National Lotter Lines. This like the first one they sent expired weeks before the order was delivered. They also offer additional pairs of glasses at a reduced price that is more than the original purchase! I too wont be using them again.

I bought a reading lamp about 4 weeks ago, first of all it was not delivered and I rang again and was told the order had not gone through no record of it, and they would send it within a few days. To be fair they did send me a £5 refund for this error. However, on receiving the lamp when putting it together it did not have a required screw, so I rang again and they said they would send me one A week later, no screw so I rang again and was told that there was no record of my previous request a week ago. I am now waiting for a screw or I may have to send the lamp back and receive another one if no screw is available. Each time I ring I am waiting no 5 or so in the queue and it is all costing money, not to mention the frustration. Not a company I would use again, am VERY frustrated I really this reading lamp as I have macular degeneration and glaucoma.

I bought an item from this company, who then passed my details, including my credit card number, to another company called the Big Savings Club. This company then took £69.98 off my credit card without my permission.. They tried to tell me that I had agreed a membership with them. Total lies. They did refund the money, but I would definitely never deal with them again.

Bought a set of three fruit trees. Cherry tree failed to grow twice. Asked for a refund. It is like getting blood out of a stone. Very unhelpful customer service. Won't be shopping there agin - EVER!

Very much the most unhelpful company I have dealt with especially
when talking to Customer Services, who were aggressive and
totally unhelpful, compounded by the fact product info was wrong
with the third party they sold their product through. Will not use
this company again.

I can see I'm not alone in thinking this company are appalling. My late father was on their mailing list and I have tried numerous times to get them to stop sending literature. Today, about 9 months since I first contacted them, I have received more literature from them and this time it includes a leaflet for PORN!!!! Unbelievable!

Worst company I have ever experienced. The wrong address was put on the despatch note so I never received the item I ordered. Apparently it was returned to their warehouse. They will not re-send it and say the item is now out of stock. I am currently waiting for a refund but don't hold much hope judging from other reviews on Trustpilot. Can not contact by phone today (Saturday) as the number of people waiting is always more than 5. Managed to get through during the week but it was a complete waste of time after being on the phone for half an hour and on hold for twenty minutes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You are just given the run around.
