However, as my colleague has explained to you through his regular contact, there was an error in terms of the wood for the pegs, and we are resolving this as quickly as we can with the maker. Great and exceptional service
The team of the shop has been very kind and helpful all along the way. I purchased the recorder with the help of Peter, and Alfie was attentive to my need of a vegan recorder and made a special effort to replace the key pads from leather to vegan-synthetic. I received the recorder within 8 days from the time it was shipped, very fast indeed, in excellent condition. I'd like to commend the staff for exceptional service from the first call and until I received my dream recorder via DHL. Thank you so much.

Very slow response and not happy with what I received
I did not receive the bow I ordered but it took over a month to send a different bow. While I appreciate that gesture, I still really want the bow I ordered as this one does not fit my case and I worry that I will damage it. I have already completed a feedback but have not received any correspondence.

I am new to playing the lute
I am new to playing the lute, and I needed strings for a 6 course lute, and they had a set ready to go. They were good to deal with, and the strings are first rate. The strings came from England to Canada in good time.
