Get in touch beforehand if you want a specific item
I spent a couple of hours at the Early Music Shop buying some new recorders. They had an awesome selection and I tried several different models. There was no pressure and I'm very happy with the models I bought. I contacted them in advance and was advised about good days to go in, because the stock is sometimes on tour, rather than in the shop.

My husband chose 2 books of baroque music.…
My husband chose 2 books of baroque music when we visited on 11 September. My brother had paid for a £25 voucher a year ago but we didn't have the code. When I explained to the salesperson, he resolved the problem very neatly: I paid part of the price and £25 was outstanding. I was told that the code number cd b given over the phone. The salesperson was communicative, friendly , helpful and v efficient. A few days later, my brother phoned w the code and the debt was cleared. A huge thank you! We live in Staffordshire and visit our daughter and family in Guiseley quite often and nearly always come to the music . shop A huge thank you for your intelligent and courteous response to our problem!

Sorry to hear this. However, as my colleague has explained to you through his regular contact, there was an error in terms of the wood for the pegs, and we are resolving this as quickly as we can with the maker. I understand that we have offered you a full refund if you would rather take this path, although we would hope to resolve it quickly.
Love my new recorders!!!
