Problems dealt with quickly
Unfortunately the script on one of two items ( the second being fine) was illegible. A replacement was sent very quickly but was the wrong item. Third time lucky and I now have both wedding presents and am pleased with the quality and design.

I’d like to thank Martha and team for all the help and assistance they gave me to replace a broken personalised wine glass that was so special to me! They did an excellent job matching the glass and size, plus personalised font and wording. So pleased and delighted with replacement. Arrived promptly, well packaged and no damage!
