Ordering was easy as the salesperson…

Ordering was easy as the salesperson (Rachel) was patient and knowable. Pricing was attractive.
Hearing aides are everything that was promised.
Only negative feedback is it was impossible to get an estimate of when I would receive my purchase after waiting ten days.

David will not return my call to initiate the cancellation process. No one will refund my purchase within the 45 day policy.

Not great

Initial customer service was great but after trying to swap out to a different device I had a hell of a time getting hold of anyone.

Old fashioned service & quality products

For spending almost 4K dollars, little after purchase service

For spending almost 4K dollars, I thought the tech person could have been more thorough. No followup. Just transferred an old hearing test (audiogram) to the newer 'similar' aids. Definitely wouldn't come rushing back for a test.

The Best Online Hearing Aid Vendor

I have bought 2 pairs of hearing aids over 4 years from directhearing.com and had an excellent experience both times. Their pricing and service are great. Their remote tuning visit with a hearing aid specialist after purchase is really great and makes them better than any other online hearing aid vendor I have dealt with. Highly recommended!

Prompt delivery of Phonak BUT...

Prompt delivery of Phonak aids. After trying and deciding not to keep them, it cost over $200 to send them back. Also a "stray" aid was subsequently sent, unauthorized, and caused me many phone calls and time to return. Still no explanation from company.

To clarify, we do not charge a $200 return fee. Customers may choose to ship returns on their own, or we can provide a prepaid return label for $15. It appears the higher cost came from using your own shipping method.

Regarding the additional package you received, that was a mistake on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. We appreciate your patience and the time you took to return it.

Good Experience

The hearing aids were delivered promptly and the on-line test and instruction time was very helpful.
I did previously have hearing aids through Costco and I do think prior experience is important if not necessary before buying another set on-line.

Hopes Dashed!

I was hoping these hearing aids would be the godsend I was hoping for. Unfortunately the brand did not live up to their reputation. When ever I turn up the volume I can hear hissing. I still find myself asking for people to repeat themselves. They have not helped my tinnitus whatsoever. The best part is the blutooth. Calls are clear as a bell so is music. All in all not so much!

These are the second pair of hearing aid I have purchased from you the service has been second to none; very prompt and efficient. You quickly accommodated my initial fitting around my work schedule.
