Wow, these new phone act Hearing Aids are just absolutely the best
This is my second pair Hearing Aids I bought from Direct Hearing Aids. They do what they say and provide some of the best prices with the best support. I probably could’ve found them a little bit cheaper but with no support and that really is what we need. These new phone act Hearing Aids have really helped me with hearing people which I had pretty much given up on. Could use to the staff and a phone act for such a good set of Hearing Aids.

The follow up from the audiologist is poor
The follow up from the audiologist is poor. After I received my hearing aids, I had my 1st phone appointment within a reasonable timeframe. At the end of the 1st appointment I was told I would be contacted for a 2nd appointment for adjustments. I’m still waiting and definitely need some adjustments. I can’t make an honest assessment on the hearing aids at this time because I need adjustments. I hope that I can give a 5 Star review on the quality of the hearing aids and audio service soon. I’m concerned that they are expanding the time to go past the "45 day" return period. TK

Brought to my attention a better deal
Brought to my attention a better deal. Turns out that was what I thought I had ordered. So I changed to this order. So they saved me time. Also waited for me to get my hearing results to them. Price was excellent. Second time ordered from them. This order was for my spouse and it as first order was excellent.

Five BIG stars for Direct Hearing
Five BIG stars for Direct Hearing. I had Starkey Genesys AI from Innovative Hearing. Then tried the Edge. Came to Direct Hearing for them, as the Innovative Hearing techs, while nice people, really had NO idea what they were doing. I ordered the Starkey Edge from Direct Hearing. They had them working better than my trial at Innovative, but I still got a fair amount of white noise. Next appointment a different tech tweaked them, and he also spoke very highly of the Phonak Infinio Sphere I90. The Starkey's were still frustrating, I reached out again, and ordered the Phonaks. Yes - the process took a few weeks. I checked in by email after the first few days and they responded, so my concern was documented. Then I waited patiently. The fact is they operated with total integrity. AND THE PHONAKS are FANTASTIC!! The Tech is brilliant (name withheld so you can't have him :-). Actually i don't know their policy on individual kudos). The entire staff has been professional and the result - I am a very happy customer. Highly Recommended.

Mostly Good - Sales and Pricing, not so good, customer support.
Good experience on website and speaking to sales. Decent prices (I saved $3k on the same hearing aids offered by local audiologist). Ordered and received my hearing aids quickly and safely. After-sale service was, however, substandard. It took 5 unanswered emails and 2 phone calls to get a receipt sent to me.

Basically running a criminal enterprise. O
Be ware of making any purchase from these people. They are basically running a criminal enterprise, and I’ve got the reports to prove it. Placed an order for expedited 2 day shipping on 11/3/35 and was told on the 4th that they didn’t know when it would arrive. I cancelled, they sent me email indicating refund, and never processed the refund. Now I’m fighting with the credit card company to get the charge reversed.

Their prices and service are fantastic
Their prices are fantastic in comparison to our local hearing centers. At first I was skeptical about the online hearing test but it worked great and once the hearing aids were delivered they followed it up with a test administered through the hearing aids which fine tuned the entire process. I experienced great service all around. Very pleased

Beware
Beware, if you are purchasing hearing aids accessories, such as Phonak TV Connectors, you cannot return them. This is true even if the item is defective. You may be able to buy at a good price, but you are stuck if upon receipt the item doesn't work. The "Service" manager will merely tell you to deal with the manufacturer. BTW, there is no warning that this company will not accept returns.

The purchase was easy. The testing was simple and effective. Delivery was quicker than expected. The staff was cordial, knowledgeable and effective.

The only issue is that I recommend an audiologist hearing test to set them for your needs.

They did a bait & switch
When I purchase the hearing aids online there was an automatic discount, buy one get one free. They proceeded to send me a fake invoice telling me I had to pay for the second hearing aid and then when I called almost every day for 3 weeks they kept telling me they had to ask someone else about the deal. In the end they would not honor the special that was listed on my order and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. And there was NO coupon code. If there was, all shopping carts would reject it saying it's expired. it was a BOGO advertised on your website and applied automatically. And if someone in the company forgot to take off the BOGO offer you're still required to honor it. Clearly covering an error or doing a bait and switch is not only dishonest it's illegal!

Stayed in contact during the process of ordering and when the hearing devices would be shipped. If questions come up, have a toll free number to call for customer service to address the questions.
