Good product and price, bad communication.

We got a good price on new hearing aides. However, one stopped working after 6 months. The repair procedure was slow and painful. The return ticket took 6 days to be emailed to us. Once repaired, we paid an extra $65 for fast mailing, and it slipped through the cracks and took 2 days longer. To their credit, we received new instead of repaired.
Communication is poor.

No connection with phone!

The second fine tuning left me with no blue tooth pairing. I was told I should check my bluetooth connection which said I was connected. The right hearing aid would connect to bluetooth but not the left.
How do I back out of pairing completely and start as a new set of hearing aids? Before I had my fine tuning, my hearing aids were connected to my phone and could answer or hang up by touching my ear. Since my hearing aids have been fine tuned, I lost the above function.

Great buying experience

Great buying experience. Had on line chat help to assist me in choosing what I needed. Answered all questions. Very polite, kind and professional. Shipped quickly. Had phone appt with hearing specialist who set my hearing aids up for me. Have worn every day, all day with no issues.

Could not get the correct parts for my hearing aids

I called Direct hearing about my hearing aids not working. I spoke to a hearing specialist and he thought the wiring was bad and was going to send 2 new ones.
Could not get the correct parts for my hearing aids.
After call and speaking to a hearing specialist and giving him the numbers for the parts, there was only one side sent. This is the side that sends the signal to my left ear so i can hear. My right ear is almost deaf so this part did me no good without the left working. I call Direct hearing and let them know and they would send the left out right away. About 7 days later I received the soft domes and no left wire. I called Direct Hearing AGAIN and the looked at the order and said it was never ordered to send. They a=said they would send overnight and I received them 4 days later.
After about one and a half months without hearing aids I finally received the correct parts. I have not put them together to see if that fixed the problem.

I did not get the anchors I requested

I did not get the anchors I requested. This is the second or third time I haven't received what I ordered despite paying shipping that seems out of proportion to that required to ship items. I put specific requests for what I need, but they are not followed.

Do not deal with

Do not deal with, not a reputable company.

1/12/26 Update to reply from business. There's nothing positive I can say about your company that would require me to talk to anyone. That was my biggest issue was lack of communications. I already bought hearing aids from another company and they are very happy with them.
