5 stars is NOT enough. If I could give this place a million stars, I would.

Our old vet shut down and I was panicked, as my sweet Pickle boy can be scared of new places. I read the reviews for this clinic and decided to give them a try. From the second we walked in and were greeted, I knew everything was going to be okay. Every single person who works here is a ray of sunshine.

I was so nervous about Pickle having his teeth removed. Not only did they call me with updates, they also sent pictures through the app, and I felt completely safe knowing he was in good hands. They also have the wonderful Pick and Mix treat wall, which, if your dog is food obsessed like mine, will have them forget they're even at the vet.

We do the £15 a month membership and it is worth every single penny. If you're in the North West and looking for a vet, I cannot recommend them enough.

I have a fantastic experience at Creature Comfort every time I take my cats there. The staff are always wonderful—friendly, caring, professional, and very welcoming. My little dog, Katie, has been with Creature Comforts St.John's Wood since it opened. She gets to see the same vet (Dr. Rebecca Castle) almost every time. The fact that Katie enters the waiting room full of excitement and gets welcomed like a family member, tells you everything you need to know about the quality of treatment she has received.

We have been happy clients for 1.5 years, since we got our dog. Everything has been great. Communication is good, booking is easy, their app works well, and they send timely reminders. Vets are also very nice, as is the staff. Highly recommended.

I am so please with the care my dogs have had at Creature Comforts. I have found the staff at St Albans friendly and professional. It is easy to contact them for advice and appointments. I have felt they gave me and my dogs the time and support required at each visit. The care for my elderly dog was especially caring and compassionate right to the end.

We have been with a few vets over the years but Creature Comforts in Clapham are without doubt the best - certainly the kindest, most supportive and professional. We initially went there for a second opinion and were impressed with the knowledge , experience and attention to detail of the vet . We decided to have Bob’s operation there and have been with them ever since . Deepa and Emily have been amazing ! All the staff there are so lovely too , if you are a bit of an anxious dog mum , as I am, they are great at listening and helping you feel understood as opposed to judged .

We have 2 ‘older’ dogs on the All Access membership and it makes total sense for us financially . We get all our vaccines done with no extra charges. Bobby recently had a large cyst removed and a tooth earlier in the year - he had amazing after care , without having to pay for every visit .
The premises are also fabulous and air conditioned , no more squeezing into a tiny waiting area dodging other cats and dogs - it makes it a lovely calming environment to step into .
I would definitely recommend Creature Comforts in Clapham !

We have been so happy with the care our dog has received at the Balham Creature Comforts. At first I was hesitant about the subscription, but then we pretty much met it in two weeks as we'd rehomed our dog and she needed vaccines and check ups for adjustments to living in the city (sore paws!)
The location is beautiful, clean and smells great. The vets seem to truly care about the patients.

We switched to Creature Comforts this year and had great experience since. Our dog had a dental surgery done and we were very happy with the service and care. I would recommend them to everyone! Our dog always gets loads of fuss and care when we go in.

I took Teddy in for his vaccine
and he received so much love and care from the vet, owner and entire team. It honestly didn't feel like a vet visit!

The little touches were amazing - | got a coffee, while Teddy got toys and treats.
The app is fantastic too, with easy booking and all recommendations and prices clearly shown beforehand. Everything feels so luxurious, thoughtful and transparent.

We have been using creature comforts for some months now. From the moment you enter you are made very welcome and offered a drink. The vets are amazing and nothing is too much trouble they will answer any questions you have and are very thorough. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a vet at the moment.

Our dog was welcomed by her name and given treats. Doing this has made her comfortable and happy to be in their surroundings over a fair amount of visits.

The treatment was excellent and dealing with the whole team is so easy.

Creature Comforts goes out of their way to focus on your fur baby and you. It is like you are part of the family. The treat wall does wonders to remove any pet anxiety and we find the subscription model a value.

Recently, our Cocker Spaniel, Lionel, had to undergo a pinnectomy. Which is to say that , due to badly infected wart, a large portion of his ear had to be amputated.
It was a distressing situation all round, heartbreaking , really, but it had to be done.
Creature Comforts dealt with it comprehensively. The preparation, full explanation, the operation itself, and the aftercare were fantastic. The aftercare is ongoing, and all is well.
Polly and the team are second to none.
Kind and charming. It is the friendliest Vets I have known, and I have known 4 others. None compare to this.
Moreover, as prices go, this was very fair, especially with insurance in place.
We couldn't be happier now, and I actually believe that Lionel didnt even notice.

Lovely staff, so kind and personalised service. Charley does not seem to mind coming to you and enjoys wandering around the clean and welcoming consultation rooms. Good value subscription service.

All staff put us at ease, offered coffee whilst we waited. They treated our elderly dog excellently and discussed all treatment options with us. We felt very confident in the expertise and knowledge of the vets and nurses

Excellent customer service, appointments are precise without any waiting time. Professional team with a deep affection for pets. Can’t find any negative feedback.

All the team is very friendly and by the way they approach Bonbon and other dogs, you can tell they genuinely love them and care for them.

The vets are knowledgeable and trustworthy, they have all been great so far.

And the clinics are brand new, very welcoming and with plenty of treats. Bonbon loves being there.

The subscription model is great.
