Very clean place, friendly staff, very professional! I recommend.

We have been using this practice since 2017, and pretty much every visit cements why - Emma is phenomenal, and when a locum is covering clinic we have had top notch consultation. The nursing team are equally brilliant - knowledgeable, flexible, kind and responsive.
Would fully recommend.

Goddards vets is an extremely good vets. They provide a first class service and are very helpful.
We took our cat to goddards and the vet gave her a thorough check up and treatment. They provided medicine that has helped our cat. The vet was very gentle when handling our cat.

It’s always a lovely experience when bringing Leo for his vaccinations. The nurse at reception is always lovely and willing to help answer questions. My cat gets very nervous but the vet looks over him properly, weighs him and gets his vaccination done quickly without stressing him too much! It’s always a quick service when i’m there , you walk in, called in instantly, appointment done and pay! Never been there for longer than 15 mins. Thank you again Goddard team, we will be back with Leo next year❤️

We had an excellent meeting with Jay yesterday. She put my mind at rest after seeing my dog. I was concerned about a large lump, a sample was taken after Jay had already given her opinion and then confirmed what she thought. Both her and Alison were very empathetic and we left feeling tgat we had been in good hands.

I originally came to the Wanstead branch at 10pm due to an emergency my cat had. They were not the vet we would take my cat to regularly. Unfortunately that night my cat had to be put down but the vet was so brilliant in how he handled breaking the news to us and even allowing us to go home and bring my children to say their final goodbyes to our fur baby. The receptionist were so kind. And then a week later, a condolence card from them in the post which really touched me as i had received nothing from the vet my cat had been attending. I now have 3 cats and all 3 of them come here regularly. Excellent vets. They always explain things so well and show so much love and care for my fur babies. I would highly recommend Goddard Wanstead Branch and have to anyone i speak to about their pets. Excellent service every visit.

I had to take my cat to the vet yesterday.
Goddards is fully manned so I could get an appointment quickly.
I was very happy with the treatment.
The vet was very friendly and helpful,she explained everything fully and took time to put me at ease( as I was very stressed)
There was an on-site blood test so I got the results the same day - this cuts out the worrying time that you have when you are waiting for results.
I would recommend Goddards most highly.

We had an emergency with our kitten and they saw us out of hours straight away. Very responsive and easy to deal with and very thorough and caring.

I have always had a great experience at Goddard Veterinary Group with my dog Simba. The staff are friendly, caring, and professional, and they always make us feel welcome. A professional and caring approach, creates a reassuring ambience. They are very professional in the knowledge, treatment, and care they provide. This is the only veterinary surgery where my pet does not get overly scared or spooked.

Miguel is a kind and caring Vet at Croydon. He explained everything he was doing with my Young Cats Roxi & Lexi. He was gentle and patient with them both. I recommend Goddards because the service is outstanding from reception to treatment.
