We just moved from Canada and We brought our Toy Poodle in for an emergency. They took her right away, and fixed her right up. The staff and Vets are friendly, calming and very helpful. Thank you for making a stressful day better!

I had a very good experience on my visit@Stone lion veterinary hospital. I took my cat for second opinion as she was treated at Medi Vet.
All staff were welcoming very helpful on my arrival. The Nurse who treated my cal was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. My stress level came down after my visit to the hospital. More importantly my cat is getting much better, hoping she will be completely healed.
Definitely recommend.

I’ve been a client for about 20 years and they have always give first class attention to my pets. Special thanks to Peter for taking care of my dog yesterday.

Extremely disappointing and distressing experience at Goddard Veterinary Group, Uxbridge
We used Goddard Veterinary Group and took out their Pro Active policy because we believed it would help reduce the cost of having our puppy spayed.
Unfortunately, our experience at the Uxbridge branch was extremely distressing.
We dropped our puppy off at 9:00 am, as agreed, expecting what should have been a routine procedure. Later that afternoon, we were contacted and told that something was seriously wrong.
The events surrounding our puppy’s care left us extremely upset and angry. From our perspective, the level of care provided was completely unacceptable, and we believe the situation placed our puppy at serious risk.
What has particularly disappointed us is the overall experience and the impression it has left us with regarding the priorities of the practice. We expected our puppy's welfare to be the absolute priority, and unfortunately, that was not how we felt during this experience.
We have not previously posted a formal complaint because we did not believe it would be a productive use of our time. However, we feel other pet owners should be aware of our experience before choosing this practice.
We certainly will not be returning to Goddard Veterinary Group, Uxbridge, and we would urge other pet owners to carefully consider their options.
This experience has been extremely upsetting for our family, and it is something we will not simply forget.

Kasha and Sara you performed a miracle working through the night against the odds on that horrendous evening. I can't thank you enough and will never forget your care and determination. Thank you.

Completely outrageous price gouging. They charged £134 for our cat to get a single dose of flea treatment. Utterly shameful company owned and operated by ghouls.

This has been our local vet for over 25 years. All our animals are treated here and the care for them by the staff has always been amazing. The vets and nurses really do care about their patients and we’ve been incredibly satisfied with the care and treatment provided by West Ham Goddard Veterinary Practice. It’s also helpful that they’re connected with the Wanstead Goddard Veterinary Practice as that’s where we sometimes need to take our pets for emergencies or specialist surgery.

Absolutely disgusted by the way I have been treated concerning my direct debit payments , Vet spent more time looking at my payments on the computer than examining my dog ,

My dog needed an emergency visit and although we were not registered, we were offered an appointment the same evening and a follow up the next day. Courteous, professional, caring, very happy with the service provided.

My little dog was very poorly last Monday - I phoned up and they said bring her straight down within an hour of being seen - she was stable and happy ! I’ve used this vets for years ! Dani and Rebecca and the rest of the team or experienced excellent and caring !

Informative, calm advice and a clear treatment option for an emergency appointment after midnight. Great to have them as a local vet with the option to use the out of hours service at a venue that is part of the network.

I have been a client of Goddards Vets in Uxbridge for over 12 years. They are and have always been so kind, helpful and informative with my pets care. Their services and staff are always welcoming and professional; I would highly recommend their practice.

Ageing chihuahua has been looked after by this practice for more than a decade. The veterinary team has taken excellent care of her -including one successful surgical intervention. Nursing staff and receptionists have been exemplary.

We have been attending Goddard s in Gidea park for 20+years.
Richard Mark's has been the vet there since we started attending with our dogs. Richard and his team are fantastic, they are knowledgeable and professional at all times. The nurses and assistants are always there to support us when phoning and attending and give the best advice .
We have always been treated with great respect and care and even when we know the time will come all too soon to say goodbye to our boy we know that he will be treated kindly with love and care as always , we wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else with our dogs.
