We have a very nervous rescue cat who was not compliant with wanting to be examined for her annual boosters, checks etc. Fortunately, Sam the attending vet was very gentle and understanding and along with the attending nurse (the cat whisperer!) managed to successfully gently pick her up and complete most of the regular checks, weighing, vaccinating etc.causing minimal distress . As Millie’s owners (adoptive parents) we were very reassured, impressed and thankful to Sam and the nurse for their kindness and professionalism.

Staff made me feel at ease . Very friendly and treated my dog with kindness . The appointment didn’t feel rushed . They gave me clear instructions .

The staff at Medivet are always so lovely and welcoming. My cat was seen quickly and efficiently - we saw a different vet than usual, but he was just as lovely and thorough with my cat as her usual one. I’ve never had a bad experience with this vets, and I couldn’t recommend them enough

Absolutely brilliant vets, they look after my nervous rescue boy incredibly well. They always take great care to check him over thoroughly, talk through any concerns and ensure he's in the best health. The team are absolutely lovely, it's always a pleasure to visit them

when l contacted medivet that tiggy was not well,they asked to see her right away,which luckily for me was spot on.tiggy had picked up a virus that was making her very poorly. thanks to paisly,the vet, tiggy was soon sorted out and is now on the way to a full recovery

Every single member of staff who I came in contact with were extremely friendly, kind and supportive.
I cannot begin to thank you all enough for the Care you have show to Luna during and after her operation. A massive Thank you to Tom for performing the operation and giving Luna the ability to walk and run around again.

We have used Medivet in Washington (Dragon Vets) since Major was a puppy. They treat Major so well and we feel he is in the best hands, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to the great team from the reception staff, nurses, vets and especially Hannah.

Always there to help us. I have been on Medivet for a long time wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. Thank you for helping Teddy.

Amazing for my anxious rescue dog who screams if i go near his claws but loves the girls here and lets them do what they want to him lol

Good vet utterly ridiculous price for dog medication.

Lorna as always was brilliant dealt with Mavis who is a nervous dog brilliantly put us at ease with our concerns.

Helpful as always. Took my cat for a six monthly check up and were able to squeeze in cutting his claws too which were well overdue.
