My storm had a procedure at Telford the care was brilliant, the wound is so much smaller than i thought it would be and it is like she has never had a procedure done

Animal Trust in Shrewsbury were extremely quick and very experienced with the care and help we needed for Tia. They explained her diagnosis,tests and the operation aswell as the 2 nights overnight care and the aftercare and self care at home and Tia was very well looked after by the Vet and Nurses at the practice. After collecting Tia yesterday and taking her home we were reassured about her healing process and timescale and how to administer her medication correctly. They also reassured us via telephone call the evening Tia came home to ensure us her recovery and after effects were completely normal and that she will start to feel herself over a couple of days. When we have her follow up appointment In two days we will be registering Tia with Animal Trust Telford for ongoing appointments and care. I would highly recommend the Aminal Trust Vets and Nurses to other pet owners as their expertise is exceptional and on point...Thankyou so much for your help with Tia it was very much appreciated by our family...

I recently brought my cat, Yuki, in for her vaccination and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the vet was gentle, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure Yuki was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit.

The clinic was clean and well-organised, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the care and attention given to both Yuki and myself.

Our first visit to animal trust the vet we think was French. She had no empathy with our dog and appeared to have no respect towards myself and my wife, she appeared arrogant and distant also self important and not answering some of our questions. We left feeling disappointed vowing to avoid her and `not recommending Animal Trust St Helens. This was 2.30pm on April 17th 2026 Our Old lovable dog Bailey

Everyone was friendly and professional, the ease of making appointments was very good, when I mentioned animal trust to people while walking the dogs a lot of folk mentioned they had heard of them and how good they had heard animal trust was and also mentioned the pricing being better than most other vets.

I have had pets for most of my life and have to say, this is the first time that I’ve felt that my vets practice actually care about my pet. The receptionists and vets are responsive, understanding, pleasant and thorough. Their pricing is more than fair and their honesty and integrity blows me away. I would recommend Animal Trust at St Helens to anyone with a pet. Keep up the good work!

Had a very difficult decision to make on if was the right time for my girl to pass, without being hasty. Speaking with the vet gave me clarity of 2 weeks on pain meds trail, which I really agree with and was thankful for.

From the bottom of my broken heart I cannot thank this incredible charity and the Vets in Telford enough for their service. Without your help and understanding I wouldn’t have been able to help my little bunny boy Theo with the pain he was in. It was a journey I knew I’d be making without him after the visit. My vet was beyond amazing, she was kind and caring and wanted the best for my boy as did I. All the staff were friendly, considerate, kind and respectful. Once I’m back in full time employment I will be making a contribution, indefinitely. I wish I had known about this charity sooner. Thank you again and I will be in contact tomorrow

We took Beethoven to be checked over at animal trust Teesside and the vet we saw was very helpful, she checked him over done a full examination and explained everything that she was doing and what was wrong with him. I would highly recommend animal trust Teesside.

The staff were excellent they put you at ease as soon as you entered the building.

The vets here are very understanding helpful and informative they do not push unnecessary treatments just to to make a profit and they do not charge a consultation fee which then can go towards any treatment needed by your pet

I was new to the animal trust but everybody was friendly and explained everything to me upon meeting the vet Mary she was lovely made myself and my Rotty feel at ease being able to book online is a big bonus for me as I have to work around my wife who is disabled big thumbs up from me

Many thanks to everyone at Animal trust Shrewsbury. We took our dog for surgery on his leg. We were talked in depth through the procedure with a very knowledgeable surgeon. The procedure went well and we were kept up to date with our dogs recovery overnight. The instructions for his discharge were printed and clear. I can thoroughly recommend this great service.

I’ve had pets my entire life and Animal Trust Ibrox Glasgow is by far the best Veterinary practice ever! All of the staff are so very kind, the office itself is warm & welcoming and I actually feel blessed to have found this practice for our kitten! Thank you for everything!

Animal Trust Birkenhead is a wonderful service. My shih Tzu can be reactive but the vets in Birkenhead give lots of reassurance and patience to gain his trust. I would highly recommend this service to everyone. Their pet plan is brilliant and consultations are free.

I can honestly i was more than impressed with this dog trust,after my little dog had an accident ,they were truthful and helpful every step of the way

Absolutely the worst vets. After paying over £800 no diagnosis was given sent my dog home just as poorly needing veterinary attention else where. He was covered in urine said they couldn’t toilet him because he was anxious for two days or that he wouldn’t eat for the two days either so they were unable to feed him. I rang for updates wouldn’t give me any it took over 14hrs for a response of how my poor dog was doing after sedation and tests and sent him home as poorly as he went in, if not worse after the trauma they put him through. No vet had a consultation with me when collecting my pet to go through meds what to do next or what exactly I had paid all that money for I got rude reception staff and actually an incredible nice young nurse. Not to mentioned they wouldn’t give me a prescription for meds unless I paid £27 for each item and said they couldn’t put both items on the same prescription so it would of been £54 for a paper prescription or pay £67 for the meds there and then which they didn’t disclose what meds. only to realise when I got home it’s actually children’s liquid paracetamol and two tablets to regain his appetite for £67. These meds are not more than £4 in boots. This is extortionate at best. which they then wouldn’t refund after I left and realised even though the products were still sealed and untouched. . These are not affordable vets they are con artists. I was swore at by staff in front of awaiting room full of people and told to f off this was by Carly Wilson (receptionist) although questionable then she proceeded to have a breakdown and storm off into the back also in front of customers having what I can only describe as a temper tantrum or breakdown it was very child like behaviour. if she/they are treating customers in that manner lord knows how they are treating our pets . Far from professional and incredibly embarrassing when your a grown woman. I’d say Absolutely avoid they don’t care for your pets they exploit people with vulnerable poorly pets. No transparency no care or compassion they only want your money. My poor dog is now booked in another vets who couldn’t believe that I had paid ans the amount for no answers and how we were treated. £38 for a bottle of children’s paracetamol is exploiting people. You should all be ashamed.
