I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Mimi and the entire team at Creature Comforts Chiswick. Losing my precious Luna was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but the care, gentle kindness, and compassion we received made a world of difference.

From start to finish, Dr. Mimi guided me through the euthanasia process with such dignity, patience, and warmth. She gave us the space and time we needed, ensuring Luna was comfortable, peaceful, and surrounded by love. The entire team handled every detail with such grace, helping me navigate an incredibly sad and overwhelming time.

Thank you, Dr. Mimi and everyone at Chiswick, for taking such wonderful care of Luna and for treating us both with genuine love and respect. I will never forget your kindness!

It was my first time visiting Creature Comforts in West Hampstead, and the experience was flawless. Beautiful space filled with an amazing team of people. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The veterinary doctor was knowledgeable and very personable. Overall, I'm extremely happy about the switch to this practice and would be happy to recommend it to others looking for a great veterinarian because I don't know what else anyone could do to make a visit to the vet an even better experience. Such a nice vet, a real treat! We got the monthly subscription plan as our cat has thyroid problems. Every time we come here the vets are so nice, caring and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Creature Comforts is just an amazing place for our dogs Goldie & Sunny. Been there for 6 months & have never found fault with any member of staff or service given to my pets. The online portal is an excellent way to communicate & unless staff are busy, replies are instant. My Chelsea Branch crew are so warm, friendly & always have time to interact with my pets & to chat with me & offer drinks whilst I wait for my appointment. I always have a preference to see Dr Imre the head vet if I can. He's such a gentleman, brilliant with my dogs & is so informative with information relaying back to me. He's very thorough & just generally a lovely guy. Prices seem reasonable compared to other vets & you really do feel part of the family. 5/5 most definitely.

Both my kittens are with CC Balham. They have gone above and beyond to make everything easy, from bookings, treatments and surgeries. They are always there to chat via the app and its so reassuring to have this with them. Staff are amazing, Service is amazing and i wouldn't have my kittens anywhere else!

Lovely introduction for my rather nervy and aging dog. The vet was incredibly kind, and patient, never rushing her to put her at her ease, yet very thorough for her first check up. Nice environment too for the two legged animals that have to take their four legged friends.

Recently switched to this practice, and have had a wonderful experience. They are incredibly kind and helpful. And treat my girl really well. We are very happy they opened in Balham

I moved Rufio over to Creature Comforts Clapham Junction a few months ago and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. He’d had a really difficult year health-wise and had become extremely anxious and reactive at vet appointments. At his previous practice, he wouldn’t even go through the door and needed to be muzzled and sedated for examinations, so moving vets felt like a pretty daunting prospect.

From day one, the whole team at Creature Comforts have been incredibly patient, welcoming and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Deepa and Emily, who are now actually able to examine Rufio — something that would have been completely unheard of a few months ago without sedation. They still take everything entirely at his pace, never push him beyond what he’s comfortable with, and have been so supportive in gradually building up his trust and confidence around being handled.

A few months on, the difference is incredible. We still pop in a few times a week just to say hello, very much at Rufio’s request! The team know us as soon as we walk through the door and are always so lovely with him. Rufio’s first priority is usually sticking his entire head into the ball basket on the off chance that a lone treat might have been left behind!

The support hasn’t stopped at appointments either. Rufio has ongoing digestive issues and they’ve been so helpful while we transition him onto a new food for health reasons, answering questions and helping me manage the change. They’ve also helped us start preparing for travelling abroad, making sure we understand the vaccinations and documentation he’ll need.

The membership plan and unlimited appointments have been invaluable. Being able to drop in regularly without every visit having to involve an examination or something unpleasant has allowed Rufio to build genuinely positive associations with the vet and get to know everyone there.

The fact that a dog who once refused to walk through the door of a veterinary practice now actively tries to go into Creature Comforts whenever we pass probably says it better than I ever could.

Thank you to the entire Creature Comforts team for being so supportive, patient and kind to both of us. You’ve made what was once an incredibly stressful part of Rufio’s care feel completely manageable and somehow turned the vets into one of his favourite places to visit!

Lovely staff, lovely place. Everyone is fantastic and treat you as though you are their only customer. We have been a few times now and my Golden retriever is so relaxed with the vet.

Blown away by the efficiency, presentation and care shown by the Balham branch team. I signed up online and made the first appointment within 24 hours. My nervous, elderly, dog was treated with the gentleness and compassion. Very reasonable price too - I signed up for a 12 month subscription. Would highly recommend the practice.

I moved to creature comforts from Medivet earlier this year with my elderly black pug. Noticeably different premium service here compared to other vets. Genuine care and compassion. Spotless surgery and great reception area with lots of treats etc. App and booking process is super easy. Sadly my dig passed away last month, but the team were exceptionally caring in her last days. Whilst I am no longer there, I co parent another dog and that doggie is now registered. I'd have n hesitation in recommending Creature comfort to anyone who wants their pet to be cared for. especial shout out to Alba and also to Pia :-)

I am extremely happy with Creature Comforts as the vet for my dog. We go to the clinic in St John’s Wood and not only is it a beautiful place, the reception staff are absolutely wonderful and the vet care is genuinely so good. Been using this place for the last 2 years and have gone through everything from general checkups to stomach issues to a full blown knee surgery and I genuinely can’t fault them any step of the way. I recommend this clinic to everyone and I really enjoy the subscription service and the app/chat feature. It makes a big difference to be able to talk to someone without having to come in or wait on the phone. All I know is that my dog is beyond excited to go here and I trust his judgment wholly

We are regular guests at the Notting Hill branch! My dog Rocky has had a few mishaps, and he's now in the arthritis zone, so we are often found here. Rocky loves everyone, but really he just has his eyes on the treats! It's never a chore coming in for his monthly arthritis jab as the team are so welcoming and I can tell they genuinely care for Rocky. Thanks all!

I’ve had excellent treatment here for my senior cat. From reception to after-care it is all first-rate. So good to have access to a competent vet who you can trust!

Great experience at both West Hampstead and Notting Hill branches- our pup Mazzy loves going and the vets are brilliant at dealing with first time pup owners- very patient!
