Cover My Furniture Anmeldelser

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They kept me well informed throughout, providing a personal service. Their instructions were clear and the product itself is fantastic. I'm really pleased with the result and thoroughly recommend them.

Very pleased with our sofa cushion cover. Well made and a great fit. Identical in design to our old, worn out sofa cover. Efficient and professional service. Very quick to respond to my questions. This is how Customer Services should be and a lot of companies could learn a few lessons from this company. Nothing but good things to say.

Very pleased with our chair cover. Great fit. Efficient and professional service.

Just PUURRFECT in every way! I have a much loved two seater sofa, the covers were past their best. From the start of my research process into whether to buy new or have covers made, dealing with Cover my Furniture was outstanding. Samples received quickly, expert advice over the phone by very friendly, non pushy staff who were knowledgeable too. Fantastic experience. Sending my old covers was easy. I used a local UPS pick up to send and collect my new covers. I fitted them last night. Was easy to do. The effect is a new sofa. I will be honest, I waited until I had a Bank Holiday Offer email which gave 25% off the final price, which for me, made it a much easier decision to do . ( lockdown = no employment for me). I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. Top Class excellent idea easy to do. Thank you.

A joy from start to finish!
We requested two sets of swatches before we decided on a pattern - what a choice. The ordering was very straightforward, and we posted everything off. We expected a long delay but the new covers were ready in a jiffy. And the result is amazing. Although the settees are 23 years old they now look and feel like new. It was been a very enjoyable process throughout. Thank you.

This service is fantastic. We were sent swatches to choose our fabric then sorted the whole thing out online. Communications were friendly and quick by email. Couriers picked up our old covers and delivered our new ones. Our sofa looks like new in a smart set of made to measure covers which, as a huge bonus, are washable!

This was so easy to do helpful staff i was a bit unsure what the arm covers would be like but wanted to protect my new next sofa the covers fit perfect i ordered fabric swatches and colours are great the quality of fabric is excellent as good as actual sofa i would absolutely use this service again

Absolutely delighted with my covers for my two very large sofas. Love the colour and the quality of the fabric. Actually they are better quality and a better fit than the originals! Its always a worry ordering something expensive on line without seeing in person so I am relieved and very satisfied.

So happy with the very well made covers for our sofa. Service was excellent and Rachel and Sophie were so helpful. Would highly recommend covermyfurniture.com

Absolutely amazing! Really helpful and patient staff and my old sofa looks like new!

Brilliant service, help and advice by phone, great sale. Nice selection of materials to choose from. I was getting a stool cover and this was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering. Beautifully made, used my photos and measurements as well as old cover and it fits perfectly, would not know it was a loose cover. Extremely nice people to deal with, felt like a very personalised service. Would highly recommend.

Great service before and during the process. Very helpful. Covers arrived slightly ahead of the 28 days. Fitting instructions easy to follow and covers look wonderful. It has brought new life to a well made Multiyork suite bought back in 1985.

Throughly recommend using covermyfurniture if thinking of recovering your sofa and other soft furnishings. From prompt receipt of samples to the simple process of ordering the covers, sending your originals, and then receipt of the finished product all went very well. Easy to fit the new covers and which looked good too.
It was nice to communicate with someone rather than a bot in the process as well!

My new sofa covers are so beautiful. They fit so well and were so easy to put on. Tthe quality is amazing. The whole process of choosing and ordering was very simple. Delivery was prompt.
Thank you so much you have made lockdown a lot more bearable, now I can snuggle up on my newly covered sofas.

Thank you Rachel and Sophie for your excellent customer service when we were trying to pick the fabric for our sofa just before Christmas. You were very helpful without being pushy and made an excellent suggestion for cushion fabric to match the sofa fabric. You fitted us in before Christmas and the covers came back super quick and are a perfect fit.

Great service, easy to use system, flexible, involved, taking initiative, altogether wonderful.

Our dining table and chairs are approaching 100 years old. Cover my Furniture provided some loose covers about 10 years ago. We wanted new ones and contacted Rachel. It was then so simple. They had the old dimensions and after we chose the material they were with us very quickly. Excellent service. They look great; pity Christmas was cancelled!!!!

Excellent service, Rachel was very helpful from the beginning.

My sofa and armchair look like new.
I would highly recommend ‘Cover my furniture’ to everybody.
