Iv just purchased a door runner and 1hr later received a your order will be delayed,
It was going to take 10 days as it was which is very slow, then I came to check out there reviews on here !
I now emailed them to cancel but fully expect to be ignored then if I’m not ignored I will receive some of there torture tactics,
I will write reviews until I’m blue in the face as they need to be called out!

Scammers. I have purchased 2 rugs and they where the same rugs just different sizes. Both of the rugs looked very different even though they where the same rug just in different sizes. So because the item was not like on listing i wanted to do a return because they said the return will be free of charge. When I sent the 2 parcels they have decided to REFUSE to accept one of my parcels and they only have refunded me for one of my rugs! NOW I DONT HAVE MY MONEY OR MY RUGS. SCAMMERS

Never order from this company! Ordered a very expensive rug! The quality was good but the colour was nothing like the description I have since tried to return the rug.. the customer service is very slow!!’ I must of had up to 50 chats in which time! They picked it up
And have sent it back to me! Now awaiting another date I have had to email them at least 15 times no pick up date I just want my money back!! Awful experience it was ordered on the 15th December!!!

Terrible customer service. The rug I ordered (described as taupe) arrived and is pink! I complained & asked to return the rug, only to be told it will cost me £20!
Awful email responses & not in any way helpful. Avoid!

I ordered the same rug from benuta.no twice. I paid twice. I received nothing.

First order: no updates for three weeks. Tracking showed no real movement. After I contacted support, I was told the rug had been returned to sender. Refund was issued.

Second order: processing took around 10 days. Again, no proactive updates. Two weeks later, DHL returned the package to sender again. No explanation.

Two months wasted. No product delivered. Repeated logistics failures. No proactive communication. I even received a return form for a rug I never received.

Rug Tacoma Cream arrived and was exactly as described! Easy process to order, speedy delivery, and most importantly materials and quality matched what was described. Love our new rug!

I can not be more disappointed, they have variety of products but the website is not functional.

If you remove the rug underlay from the cart, you permanently crashes your shopping cart and can not enter.

I later bought a rug but failed to do the payment on the website, but the money still has been removed from my bank.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Ordered three rugs and the delivery date came and went. Checked tracking, rugs went to the warehouse in Germany and then back to Benuta. They cancelled my order shortly afterwards. Refund was given but appalled by their complete lack of communication and customer service - you cannot get through on the UK number and it takes about a week to get an email back. Buy elsewhere - not a trustworthy company!

Be careful of what size you order.
I ordered a 120 x 170 rug and it come in measuring as the smaller size with the 120 x 170 tag on it and they are wanting to charge me £20 to return even though their fault?
I put next to my next rug at 120 x 170 and they are no where near the same size.
Can’t talk to anyone either - customer service options are poor.

Horrible company with no response from customer service at all. I ordered a rug which did not suit my room, arranged a return. Rug collected by DHL snd returned back to me the following week. No response despite attempting to ring and email many times. Stuck with a very big and expensive rug and a company who doesnt respond to its customers

Returns process is complex and expensive (£20) for a rug that was of far poorer quality than expected from the photos. Would not recommend.

So happy with our rug! It was delivered quickly (in the lead up to Christmas too which was surprising), the quality is amazing (very thick and heavy!) and the colour is exactly how I imagined it would be. When we first laid it, it didn't sit flat due to being folded in the box, however it only took a couple of days to flatten out, so don't panic if this happens!

We ordered a wool rug three months ago and even though we followed all care instructions, the rug keeps shedding. I contacted the company on several occasions but they are not willing to refund/let us return the low quality rug.
The fibres are all over our clothes and are all over the house. The company has not been helpful and we now have to remove the rug that we paid £300 for. We are now out of pocket. I would recommend staying away from this company. I wished I had listened to the bad reviews on here

Don't order from this company. Not reliable at all. I never received the products I ordererd. The Client service is totally unefficient and gain time in order not to reimburse you. Go away !

I’ve had two rugs from here now and they’re both brilliant. Quick delivery, easy to track and exactly as ordered. Love them! Great value.

To charge almost £20 for a return is shocking. My rug is not the quality as I expected and was expensive for the size. I definitely would not use this company again.

I received my rug 5 days after ordering and had many notifications letting me know the exact delivery window and options if I was out. The rug was folded in a box and even after just 5 minutes out of the box it's fairly flat and whilst there are loads of crease marks for now they won't trip us over while it flattens over the next few days. The rug is so so soft and luxurious and great quality. The price for the size was fantastic so I'm really impressed. Absolutely perfect experience and I'm super pleased.

It was my fault for believing in "Easy Return." When I started to click "Return item," it showed that the shipping cost is £19.50 per item.

The site says, "You can arrange your own shipping label," but that is not what I would consider "Easy Return."

FYI. I paid 27.30 GBP. After deducting Shipping cost and unknown fee, I got only 7.40 GBP refunded.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. I purchased a rug last week, and although it was supposed to be delivered by DHL, it was delivered to the wrong address. I received a delivery alert and stepped outside immediately, only to find that the package had been dropped off at a different address. This was later confirmed by the proof of delivery.

I contacted customer service right away to report the issue. Instead of assisting me, I was told that I needed to print out a form, restate the issue, and describe the product that was not delivered—information they could easily access through my order number. Without completing this unnecessary form, they said they would not help me. I informed them that I don’t have a printer and that was the extent of their support.

Overall, the lack of accountability and the refusal to provide meaningful assistance was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
