Beautiful rug and great service

When I heard that Rixo were collaborating with Ruggable, I was keen to see what the designs would look like and I really liked the result. I purchased a runner for my hall and it is striking and stylish. It also seems to be hard-wearing. I haven't washed it yet, as it is new, but I'm sure all will go well! Very happy with my rug. Will certainly uy another one at some point.

I had a problem with the rug I bought. Ruggable sorted it immediately - absolutely first-class service. And the rug is beautiful. Will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered the rug in the cream colour, but the one that arrived looks nothing like cream. It has a strange blue tint and is completely different from the photos online. Customer service has been helpful so far and confirmed it was the correct product. I’ve requested a refund and am currently waiting for the return label. The product listing definitely needs updating, or the item should be removed from the website to avoid misleading customers.

I have 6 runner rugs in my home - all practical as I keep 2 dogs. Lovely company over so many years. I have only 2 rug backs ( even though free with each purchase I declined some as I thought that 2 would suffice for me to use to wash and change the tops.

Unfortunately in error I must have ticked that I already had a backing.when ordering the new rug which was delivered without the essential backingi pad ( essential this time as I have at present only2 backings for 6 rugs --and needed the third.)
I appealed to customer services as soon as I could to explain my error and asked if it was too late to ask for the backing
I offered to pay for one if after the company considered my circumstances and error . they were helpful and directed me to the purchase of a runner backing .cost £89!!!
I N0W HAVE RUG WHICH I AM UNABLE to use unless I pay another£89.!! Phew!!
I have been a good customer of Ruggable but am so dissappointed

Just had e- mail from Ruggabl!!!!!e that if I purchase another rug I will have the backing included!!!! .

4 weeks in and I still love my Ruggable. There were so many beautiful designs to choose from that it was difficult to pick. I’m using mine in the bedroom in a laminate floor. It laid down beautifully straight from the box and transforms the room. It’s easy to vacuum with my shark. Good to know I can wash it at the launderette too!

The delivery of the rug was as communicated.
Very nice design looks absolutely wonderful in my living room.

Ordered on the 20th March, delivered on 16th April, twice the lead time confirmed in my purchase confirmation. They said there was an error in my order and it had ‘slipped’ through the system…if you complain you get an overly exaggerated apologetic email that gives you nothing, after some back and forth I was offered 10% of my purchase refunded which quite frankly was an insult. I would never recommend and the end product does not even come close to justifying the price I paid.

I ordered a rug and a week after I placed the order I was informed the package did not arrive at my house as it had been delivered back to the depot by mistake. You are now sending a new one, which I’m disappointed to see has not been sent via priority courier so again waiting for this one to hopefully arrive. Not good customer service.

Quality products, with solid service and delivery. Would recommend!

Service is dead in the UK. Just cheap firms trying to make a buck. For the money it's thin, flimsy. True to ask about grippers (don't work) and was then fobbed off.
It's rolled up behind the sofa. Ready for the tip.

I was very excited to receive the Jennie Multicolour Flatwoven Rug (plus pad system) based on how it looks online and all the positive Ruggable reviews.

Unfortunately, it's failed to meet expectations. The rug feels and looks cheap. The underlay is way smaller than the rug (despite being the right size for it), so it's very obvious where the underlay ends on all sides. The square Velcro sticky pads protrude quite obviously in the corners. The underlay doesn't stick particularly well to our laminate flooring, so it keeps moving.

Overall, a disappointing experience and, despite planning to, I won't be buying any further products from Ruggable.

The return processing fee also feels very customer-unfriendly, despite the company boasting about how customer-focused they are. It remains unclear to me how this approach complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 on distance selling…

Rug looks great but it walks across the room and is a trip hazard. Sadly I would not recommend this. Expensive and poor quality.

The rug arrived exactly as described but it was a little light for the area we needed . The return policy was fair and easy to follow .
Sadly FedEx were diabolical. I tried to return via 3 FedEx shops but all of the local retailers said they would not deal with FedEx anymore because they simply failed to collect parcels. As a result, I try to book a collection directly with FedEx which they accepted. However, they did not arrive and as we were due to go away, I contacted Ruggable directly via their WhatsApp help chat. I was absolutely delighted and thrilled by the service that Melanie who was on the other end of the WhatsApp service provided. She was polite understanding reassuring and could not have been more helpful in dealing with my concern. I will have no hesitation in dealing with rubble again, I just hope that they use a different courier in future!

Wonderful washable rug of excellent quality and beautiful pattern and colour. Company so helpful in organising the exchange of my first order to the perfect rug for the room. Very impressed.
