Very friendly and efficient team; luckily they had my furniture measurements from a previous order so were able to make the covers very quickly. Quality is great.

The covers and cushions are a perfect fit, The fabric is really good quality and I'm absolutely delighted with the finished product.
The process is really easy. Bags are provided to send your original items which are then used as templates. Explicit instructions are provided at every stage
Customer service was great too. I would highly recommend this company.

After placing an order and payment online I was very pleased with the service and delivery time.

From my first query about a new cover for a well loved armchair, the service has been excellent. Karen replied immediately to my email query and explained the procedure. This was all so simple and efficient. The new cover arrived yesterday - well within the anticipated 28 days - and I am delighted with it. In fact, I am about to order a cover for another armchair! I thoroughly recommend this company.

The customer service contacts I had responded quickly and efficiently to my emails. I was also able to speak to one of my contacts very easily on the phone without being passed around. Instructions for measuring old covers were easy to follow and the new covers fit extremely well giving more life to a much loved sofa

Like others received samples, requested a price for 2 cushion backs and 2 seats covers for a Next furniture that has been in production for 12 years so pretty standard. Received a call asking for measurements and an then an email from Karen Mc... with their payment details but no quote or reference to cost. Then several calls by me and emails and nothing from them. Asking for a price.

I used this company to make a new cover for a large living room chair. The new one they made actually fits better than the original cover, certainly after that one was put through industrial washing machines mutiple times.

It looks great and the chair is as comfortable to sit in as ever. And the arm covers are brilliant.

I have to admit that, as I packed up the worn out original cover to send off, I was very unsure how this would turn out. Obviously, CovermyFurniture has developed a system THAT WORKS!

I am very, very pleased with the new covers and no longer embarrassed about the worn thin, tearing and stained (15 year old) cover on the chair.

Utterly useless and a complete waste of time. Requested samples on numerous occasions and eventually they arrived. I asked to speak to someone who I was told was on another call but she then said she wasn't in the office. Perhaps she was working remotely or virtually from home. An email told me the address of the showroom so I turned up to a closed showroom. It was opened for me but the girl didn't have a clue and told me it was best to do everything online. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Received samples and sent measurements as requested then just silence, no calls answered/returned, no email reply. What a weird company! I'll go somewhere else where they actually want my custom and don't waste peoples time.

Fabric samples sent quickly but attempts to call them to ask questions about measuring for arm covers have not been answered and emails similarly ignored. I see from other customers that this is an ongoing problem which does not inspire confidence in using this company.

I contacted them about coving my sofa.
They asked for photos and lots of other details, was told they would be back in touch the next day. Heard nothing, sent a couple of emails asking for an update, all ignored.
Complete waste of time!

I placed an order for a sofa cover and paid accordingly. I was advised by Karen that my cover would be sent w/c 17 November. Since then I have had no communication in spite of ringing and leaving messages and sending follow up emails. If there is a delay I would prefer to know rather than be left in the dark. It's a real worry when you have paid a significant amount for the covers.

My covers eventually arrived after six months. There was a fabric delay but this company failed to keep me updated as to why there was such a long delay. They promised me five new cushions as compensation but when I placed my requested fabric choice have heard nothing from them and no cushions have been sent to me. Communication is appalling. On the plus side, the covers are beautifully made and fit perfectly so if you’re prepared for a long wait and virtually no communication they do do an excellent job.
Since posting this review Covermyfurniture have been in touch and promised that my cushions will be made and sent to me asap.

I’m thrilled with my new sofa covers! My 25 year old sofa looks new. High quality, durable material, incredibly accurate fit and very prompt delivery. I had questions during the process and they didn’t just return my emails quickly but they also called me to discuss too. So lovely and (sadly) very rare to speak to the person signing the letters/emails. Thank you so much, I’m honestly delighted. I just don’t want anyone to sit on my perfect sofa now though 🤣!

I am SO thrilled to have found and used this company. Extremely helpful, delivered on time AND the new covers they made for me have completely changed the look of what were two very dated sofas. I want to thank them and would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

lovely samples sent very quickly last week, but despite having emailed and left messages on the phone - no response. clearly there is a communication and service problem. will not be ordering from this company despite other good reviews.

I have since heard from Karen who seems to be handling things very well....watch this space!

Very helpful and prompt response given my IT problems. Excellent quality fabric, well made delivered earlier than expected.

We looked at several companies to recover our lovely old multiyork armchair. The samples from covermyfurniture (Plumbs sister company) were the best we received. The process of selecting and posting our old covers was simple. They pick apart the old covers to use as templates to make the new.
Took about 2 weeks. The result was fantastic. The new covers fitted like a glove and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. The company also responded promptly to emails throughout the process. They may be slightly pricier than other online companies but you get what you pay for.
We also had a similar chair seat cushion fitted with a new foam inner (plumbs) and the quality was again top notch. We visited the showroom in Preston for this one and the staff and factory worker who popped over to talk to us were super friendly and knowledgable.
Nice to see a company like this flourishing in what must be a difficult market. We wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Have been trying since christmas to get a reply from them regarding my order that has been paid for in full. No reply to phone or emails even though i have emailed sophie@covermyfurniture,com and a Karen McDonald
Does this company actually exist??

Two stars as they did send fabric samples as ordered but subsequently no-one answering the telephones or responding to messages left or to emails - will not think about using this company unless they show they have an effective and responsive customer service team.
