The best thing no annual price during the length of contract.

I changed from Talktalk after getting very low and poor connection and speed all the time. I had complained that I was paying for 64Mb and only getting 20Mb at best. When I heard about Country Connect, I contacted them and after an initial assessment their Engineers came out and ran a new fibre cable straight into the house. Within hours I am connected to a first class service running at 100Mb+ with no drop out or liss of connection. I have since got my mum on County Connect after she could only get 6Mb out of Talktalk. Best decision I ever made. Cant recommend Country Connect highly enough.

Excellent company. Really good service, things already fixed before you realise there is a problem. Far better than the big companies that never sort things out.

Really good reliability....living in Caerleon we have always experienced drop outs. After switching to CC the connection is brilliant.
Recently had a dodgy connection box.... Called Lucy and she arranged an engineer call.... arrived 1hr later and replaced the unit and tested the whole system.

I have no hesitation in recommending Country Connect to all my friends and family. Installation was quick, efficient and immediately in place. So different from previous experiences with Virgin, Sky and BT. Wonderful to be able to ring a ‘real, live person’ for advice and to have customer service agents & engineers who want to provide the best possible experience.

The service at Country Connect has been really great, the team on call were very speedy on getting our wifi sorted. Very helpful, knew exactly what to do.

On a personal note - Shout out to Lucy for helping me get connected in our new house all the way in Manchester! 5 stars - would recommend to a friend. Had to connect the TV to my hotspot to watch Netflix until Lucy swooped in to make sure I could watch The Witcher in 4K!

The best experience I have EVER had with an internet provider. Seamless from start finish, Couldn't do enough for me and excellent internet signal. Would never use another provider. A really helpful and friendly team.

Knowing you can talk to a real human based within a few miles of you, within a few minutes, and will resolve almost any issue immediately. Worth its weight in gold.

Nomally spot on but their cables keep getting hit by Virgin media over 15 hours now without internet NOT HAPPY a understatement

Excellent service. Internet was installed and connected within two days of first contact. Discussed fully the plan for installation and kept informed of an issue which was fixed in a more than timely manner. Customer service was above and beyond!

Amazing and super fast service. Old provider contract got cancelled by mistake and couldn’t be recovered for three weeks. Phoned these guys last night and had a new internet connection by 3.00pm today.

Amazing service from this company. Immediate response to an urgent situation when a vulnerable lady was left without a landline for a whole week by her previous provider. New connection installed in hours. Superb. Highly recommended.

County Connect have supplied our internet since October 2019 and they are brilliant. We both work from home in jobs that require a stable, high quality connection that doesn't let us or our clients down. They let you know when there is a problem and how long it might take to resolve in real world timeframes and are always helpful and prompt when ever we need to get in touch. I genuinely can't recommend them enough.

Friendly customer service staff. Engineer (George) called to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. Very friendly, informative, tidied up after himself. Returned the next day to complete the installation - due to no fault of their own. Worked around my work hours. George and Jeff finished installing, were polite, friendly and went out of their way to check everything was working and ready to go before they left.
I’ve gone to change the tv broadband setting and the connection strength shows EXCELLENT….. we’ve never had that!! - so a brilliant start for us.
