Country Connect installed our fast fibre broadband connection this morning. George and Ian gave us first class service and were both very courteous and helpful.
Seemless straightforward installation, we would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish, even with a bespoke install at my property nothing was too much effort.

The internet speed is ridiculously fast on both upload and download.

Very easy to deal with, highly recommended!

The whole process from start to finish was so easy. George and Connor did a great job fitting the new router and our broadband speed has doubled. Highly recommend!

Great experience start to finish.

The team have been proactive with communication and the phase 1 & 2 installation had no issues at all.

People have reviewed about speeds; I’d like to say we have zero issues and the team Rebecca, installation lads, et Al and the rest have been nothing more supportive and proactive throughout. I would recommend to others with no concern.

finally i can stream movies, sport, you-tube, university lectures , online game upload huge photos and record on 3 sky devices all the same time....time to remove lag from the dictionary.

CC bungled phase 1 instalation (connected to the wrong house) so phase 2 not possible at appointed time. So had to use another day's holiday while CC did phases 1 and 2 at the same time. During the (new) phase 1, CC managed to snap the BT Open Reach cable. Although I signed up to the deal where CC don't charge until the end of my existing broadband contract (Aug 22), they invoced the day after the service started (Apr22). Got that reversed, but a new invoice was issed and collected on in May 22. More time wasted hanging on the phone to sort that out. Today (22nd May 22) total service outage from lunch time. Promised to restore by 18:30 or sooner. It's now 21:00 and still no service. If they hadn't snapped my Open Reach wire I could have turned my TalkTalk router back on but alas... I regret the day I was stupid enough to fall for their smooth marketing stuff, wish I'd had nothing to do with them.

Having suffered with poor internet & customer service over many years from the ‘big’ providers ie TalkTalk etc…it’s like a breath of wifi fresh air to now be with Country Connect. The easy transition after making contact with Tracy the initial site visit from Jeff who was extremely patient explaining how it would all work to today’s ‘going live’ set up painlessly & efficiently done by Jeff & George again extremely patient - we feel confident already that the internet stress we regularly suffered from is all in the past - thank goodness - well done Country Connect !!

Country Connect completed the 2nd stage installation of my 300 Mb/s fibre service today. Their crew, George and Conner, were efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. No mess, no problems and they even checked wifi strength around the house and set up a few of my devices with the password for the new router.
Can't fault Country Connect and the way in which Jeff and his teams overcame duct problems of BT to find an infrastructure routing for the new service avoiding collapsed ducts etc.
Well done Country Connect.

Absolutely Incredible!
Everything about my experience with Country Connect has been brilliant. First & second fix of the installation were completed quickly, cleanly and efficiently, at the appointed times. George & Josh who carried out the work were polite, helpful and happy to explain and answer questions. The connection is excellent - reliable and super fast. It would be fair to say that all in all Country Connect are the best ISP around! The whole service from start to finish was exemplary. Well done Team 😊

Country Connect have been fast and efficient, from the point of order, right through to installation and beyond. Very helpful, friendly staff and we're achieving internet speeds we never thought we would see in Caerleon. VOIP quality is brilliant too. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Wow what a company I messaged mark who communicated throughout always replied within half hour,I took out contract and within an hour he had his workmen at my house and put the internet on for me on 8 th Dec as my other contract was running out it took only less than a week to get it all installed,my internet was awful with all other companies it kept dropping so far it hasn’t dropped with country connect so far so good

The team were amazing, especially George and Conor. Really helpful and lovely lads. Install was quick and the WiFi is working perfectly :)

Home Farm Caerleon – 100mbps Service FTTP

Overall a great service from Mark and the team. Would highly recommend. Been up and running for a couple of weeks now and really happy with the service. 10/10 overall! Cheers Mark and all the team!

Pro’s:

-Fantastic installation team. Probably the best engineers I’ve ever come across. Polite, knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

-Service is top notch. All seems to be working perfectly for the most part and couldn’t be happier overall. With BT I was limited to 30mbps, with CC I’ve now gone up to 100mbps (with potential to increase higher should I wish).

-Alex in the Service desk was amazing providing me with the core details (PPPOE details and MTU size) I needed to connect my own router with the service. Really appreciated his very quick responses.
-Super fast response times from the accounts team when I had a billing issue. Responded immediately and had the issue solved with in the hour.
-CC have a really nice web interface to see usage data. Far better than what I’ve had with some other providers.

-Installation itself wasn’t simple and took longer than expected. Cables to my property had to be re-run / respliced multiple times. I’m listing this as a ‘pro’ though, as I suspect most other providers would have done ‘just enough’ to get the service live. Whereas I really appreciate that CC were committed to getting the connection perfect, even if it meant spending more time than expected. Credit where credit is due! They also kept me up to date throughout the install.

-Very neat install. Huge thanks to George on this front. The install into my property was great. Far, far better than other installs I’ve had in the past from different providers! George was also extremely helpful in keeping me up to date, and explaining every step of the install. I felt very comfortable letting him work while I stayed in the other room working from home.

Con’s:

-Billing – I did have a small issue where I noticed I was being charged slightly higher than expected. Luckily I picked up on this and was able to flag it to the team. They really quickly resolved this and refunded me promptly for the overcharged amount (so not really an issue at all).

-Router – I’ve opted to use my own router. Something which I would say is a bit of a ‘must’ for most power users, given the supplied router is a perhaps a little basic (though very simple to to use). It lacked a few of the advanced features I wanted and only had one LAN port. To be fair, for 95% of people this wouldn’t be an issue. (And agian, credit where due - CC are very helpful letting power users connect their own router easily... unlike some other providers).

Overall an amazing service! It's fantastic to have CC supporting the local area I would wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them! Cheers guys!

Just would like to say a big thank you on the quick connection and set up with country connect today! 2 very pleasant engineers ; Connor and George who came on site, 👍 really pleased with the service. Having been stressed with sky for the past 3 or so months, my mind is at rest! If this morning is anything to go by, I know I've made the right decision ! 👍

What an amazing difference. Quick, fuss free installation and our broadband was up and running within a couple of hours.
We'd been struggling working from home with the previous poor quality, slow connections. Country Connect has given us a high speed, reliable connection and completely changed our home broadband experience in deepest, darkest (but very pretty) Monmouthshire! Thanks guys
