I recently gave a 1 star review for poor coverage, but actually I can now say I’ve had the best customer service from country connect. The CEO contacted me to advise he will get an engineer to visit, the engineer was booked to visit very quickly and helped move the box so we can get better WiFi coverage. The engineer was very informative and friendly too. The customer service manager rang to check in on me and I just cannot fault there communication! My WiFi is working so much better now and I am pleased with the service. If you have any issues I’d urge you to contact them first. Thanks for reading.

If ever I have an issue (typically because my tech. knowledge is out-of-date) the lovely folk at Country Connect willingly help me out. The service is unbeatable.

My initial experience with Country Connect was hit and miss as I moved into a new build with them as the only available provider of fibre broadband, 5 years ago. The service was intermittent and would regularly drop out, however over the last year or so it seems a lot more stable with minimal noticeable dropouts, even with my partner now WFH.

We recently changed to one of the newer packages and had a TP-link router and mesh nodes installed, with wireless backhaul in our town house, and now get 600Mbs + download speed throughout the house. There is no dropout between the floors as the devices connect to different nodes and I was able to turn off band steering to split the 2.4 and 5g networks to utilise our smart home hardware effectively.

Installation was completed by James and Lee who are top lads and the whole installation took around half hour, with no issues at all.

Stable service with top quality hardware, the only improvement would be the availability of engineers as I had to wait a month for the install due to them being based in Wales, but worth the wait now that it’s here!

Two members attended our residents meeting in Bordon and proudly represented Country Connect answering all of the residents queries and at 9.05 this morning called us to rectify our connection issue.

I have used ALL the Internet providers over the years. Not one can compare to country connect. When there is an issue, day or night, (almost always user error) I can get hold of them and they will remotely sort it out for me within minutes. Even later on a Saturday evening. This has happened multiple times and they’ve never once let me down. I CANNOT recommend them highly enough.

I have a continueing problem with my hive app which hive have been uncooperative about solving.
Country Connect have checked and gone down every avenue for me and are still trying to resolve this problem. Most grateful for C.C.support and diligence in still trying to resolve this.

Okay, our connection is not very strong and when I raised this, nothing happened.

I haven't got a clue what has happened to country connect but it's gone down ill. The speed has dropped if my boys got there play stations on no one else can get any WiFi complaints don't get answered I am thinking of changing I have been with them over 4 years now I'm done.

I had no choice to sign up as I moved into a new build. The customer service and set up was brilliant. The Internet cuts out quite a bit, no where near as much as sky used to and a lot cheaper.

We have zero choice but to accept country connect. The service is fine, they fix issues quickly. What i object to is the i crease in price with reduction of speeds and being told this is part of an enhanced experience.

As soon as the network is open I will leave you try connect, as will 80% of my neighbours

Ain’t going lie as a hard core gamer the price and the support from the team is crazy every time I ring for some thing they just on point and legit talk like we best mates 5/5 and I all ways recommend them to every 1 hopefully they will expand to new places soon and wish all the best to the team

Have been with Country connect since they took over the previous company as we inherited the service. I run my tv and wifi items and have not had any major issues. We have had an odd downtime due to system update but this has not lasted long. I was happy paying the previous price as it was kept the same as before they took over, but not too impressed with the new rate. At the moment we have no other choice

Overall I've been with CC for 5 to 6 years now and as a low user couldn't fault their service. But as of the 1st of April they are implementing a 180% price increase, how can they justify increasing their prices from £21.60 to £39.00! Customer services were not interested when I raised this issue as they knew I had no choice but to stay with them as they have a monopoly in my area.

Have been with Country Connect for over eight years and have nothing but praise for the company. Over the last couple of years their service has been extremely reliable and have had zero cause to contat them. Any network issue they are experiencing are quickly relayed and resolved. I work from home most weeks and an unreliable network would have been a nightmare

Overall the service works well with only 1 major problem since we joined. The service went down for a day and I felt the Company should have kept Customers informed throughout the day.
The Customer Team always respond to queries and are happy to deal with all issues. The price is right and is very competitive versus competitors especially Sky.
All in all very glad I chose them.
