Ain’t going lie as a hard core gamer the price and the support from the team is crazy every time I ring for some thing they just on point and legit talk like we best mates 5/5 and I all ways recommend them to every 1 hopefully they will expand to new places soon and wish all the best to the team

Have been with Country connect since they took over the previous company as we inherited the service. I run my tv and wifi items and have not had any major issues. We have had an odd downtime due to system update but this has not lasted long. I was happy paying the previous price as it was kept the same as before they took over, but not too impressed with the new rate. At the moment we have no other choice

Overall I've been with CC for 5 to 6 years now and as a low user couldn't fault their service. But as of the 1st of April they are implementing a 180% price increase, how can they justify increasing their prices from £21.60 to £39.00! Customer services were not interested when I raised this issue as they knew I had no choice but to stay with them as they have a monopoly in my area.

Have been with Country Connect for over eight years and have nothing but praise for the company. Over the last couple of years their service has been extremely reliable and have had zero cause to contat them. Any network issue they are experiencing are quickly relayed and resolved. I work from home most weeks and an unreliable network would have been a nightmare

Overall the service works well with only 1 major problem since we joined. The service went down for a day and I felt the Company should have kept Customers informed throughout the day.
The Customer Team always respond to queries and are happy to deal with all issues. The price is right and is very competitive versus competitors especially Sky.
All in all very glad I chose them.

The estate I live is ring fenced to one provider. No other providers are able to use the “wires” that country connect use.

Therefore if I decide to leave, I will be without broadband unless using a “sim-only” related broadband.

If I stay, there is no competition to drive the prices down. If I stay on a rolling contact I could be paying up to £49 per month. If I stay on a two year fixed rate I could be paying £46, either product is between £10-£14 more than I currently pay.

Whilst the service I have found to be okay when used, I’ve found that once you’re in the contract, you can’t get out - don’t get caught out!

Professional, friendly and timely support to a great service. We have been customers for two years and have no complaints.

Poor service and speed, no customer service ,they don't reply. They have no respect for their customers.

Not the greatest service, signal is always dipping, when there’s issues with the WiFi it also affects the mobile service almost as a signal blocker. The speed it says it is is not the speed we get. Would look else where but been told our estate is tied to them so kind of stuck with it 🤷🏼‍♀️

So we got dumped with country connect and no other service provider is in our area at present. Over the few years we've been with them there have been many moments where we've had no service through faults, also quite a few down times from them fixing and updating things. Quite often we have to reboot equipment and spend quite a bit of time making sure things are working correctly. And you guessed it they now want to increase their prices which none of us can do anything about except bend over and open our wallets. Customer service is pretty slow at responding and if you mention a refund for any reason they just refuse. Not a company I would choose to be with.

We have been tied to one broadband provider since moving in to the dukes quarter development in Bordon 6 years ago!
Country connect took over two years ago and have just hiked the prices massively. They are very uncompetitive and are taking full advantage of being the sole providers so none of us can switch. I will leave this company as soon as I possibly can. This is a totally monopoly and I cannot see how this is even legal. At best it is totally immoral! Shame on you country connect!

Constant drop outs and now we have been tole we are tied to using this company for broadband which is tantamount to being in a monopoly.

If you move to Bordon, please check you have the availability to change broadband/internet providers.

Many of us in the first phase of Dukes Quarter Bordon are looking elsewhere but our hands are tied.

The installation team turned up in bad weather but that didn't stop them doing a quick and professional job. Indoors the job was completed quickly and without fuss and I was online quickly. Everything is as promised 300mbits download and almost equal upload. Take my advice join up today.

Signed up a couple of years ago now after failing to secure a mortgage to stay with Sky! From the very beginning they've been great and we've had no issues. Communications frequent and you feel they'd be there for you if needed. Local company not a big foreign multi national- support local charities and can't fault them.

The most important thing from my viewpoint. Is if I have a problem then how fast the supplier responds to sort it out.

Very reactive if you have any issues with the service. The engineers are extremely helpful. I would 100% recommend their service.
