We have been with Country Connect for a few years. Everything has been really great, we have been kept informed regarding all planned maintenance/upgrade works. On the few occasion's I needed some help or advice I must thank Lucy Dinsdale and Alex Foulds who were always friendly and helpful.

It's great to work with a local company. They are polite, prompt and very helpful when we have an issue. They are excellent at informing us about impending work and indeed remedial work to be completed following other companies errors. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone and look forward to a longstanding relationship with them.

We’re stuck with Country Connect as our broadband provider at the moment and I honestly can’t wait to be able to change. They’re massively overpriced and the wifi drops out all the time, we either have to reset the router or if that doesn’t work I’ll call them to just be gaslit and told they can’t see any problems on their end.
Awful service, awful customer service. Just all round rubbish.

I have been using sky and virgin media for years. I only wish that I knew about country connect sooner. Five star service.

Awful connection, poor customer service and you're tied in for 2 years as the new build companies sign a contact before you move in, so you're left with broadband that doesn't even reach the TV next to the hub. Their resolution is buy a booster! The hub is next to the TV and it just constantly buffers.

Absolutely amazing service from country connect. Always find time to sort any problems. Highly recommended 5 star service every time.

Absolutely delighted with Country Connect. From initial contact to installation everyone was professional and helpful. The speeds we are getting are amazing!! We used to need booster boxes upstairs with previous providers but not with CC.

Country Connect has been my internet provider for nearly two years and has provided excellent service throughout. Any technical or hardware issues are resolved extremely efficiently. The company also support local grassroots sports which is fantastic. I would recommend Country Connect to anyone.

We are very happy with our regular service. There was a situation recently where we were without internet for 2 days however we were regularly updated regarding progress of the work and really feel that we wouldn’t have had this with any of the bigger companies. Would recommend.

I have found connectivity excellent, even though we live out in the sticks in Notts, never had any issues.
Customer care is second to none, very friendly and helpful staff.

Living in an area with absolutely no mobile signal and working from home we are so grateful for our CC broadband, the team are always extremely responsive and helpful, the WiFi speed is fantastic and has never been a problem for our multiple devices. 100% recommend to others!
