I have been dealing with CC for nearly two years. They are professional and friendly and open and honest.

I've had dealings with sky, virgin and allsorts and there is no comparison. I like that this is a small company trying to make a difference and put a face to a business.

The connection is stable and any queries or concerns they have responded quickly. I like a quiet life and they've helped. I'd recommend 👌

We have been with Country Connect for over 5 years, I like the personal service you get
And you can speak to someone on the phone if you have a problem, unlike the big companies. And my internet speed is amazing

Country Connect have always gone above and beyond for me. I recently moved and they made sure I was hooked up ASAP so I could continue to WFH. I originally moved to CC for their incredible pricing compared to the big competitors and my frustration from sky/nowtv dropping bandwidth and connectivity. Absolute nightmare when working from home. Been with CC for about 3 years or more now and I can honestly say the uptime has been in the region of 99.9999999999% - the service desk have always been super friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They do a lot for the local community which truly helps make a circular economy. The kit they provide is decent and I was able to retire my wifi repeaters with the router they provided. We hammer the bandwidth with streaming, gaming and downloads and never been throttled. I'd give more stars if I could!

Extremely disappointed with this company went through the process set up direct debit they informed my provider they were taking over had an email off my provider to say there would be a disconnect charge contacted country connect to ask them to just install not take over from my provider to save the disconnect charge dates booked in for install then I get an email saying they can’t provide my address as there was no live duct there obviously is a BT duct there so not sure why it went as far as it did very disappointing

Shockingly poor. Supply is always being interrupted and without recompense. The company is not even affiliated with any formally recognised consumer accreditation like Ofcom.
Portal is always down. No weekend support.
This just feels like a scam.

From start to finish, superb and attentive service. Spencer in the office was extremely accommodating with all my questions, and the installation was arranged efficiently. The installation itself was like night and day compared to other installers (like SKY etc). They fell over themselves to be helpful and place things where I wanted. Total gents. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. If you're in their catchment area, and you can move to them - do it!

The team at Country Connect have been amazing, great communication from the moment of ordering, right through to getting installed, turned up on time, got on with the job and then left with amazing internet. Awesome.

I'm not with this provider but I've contacted them twice this week and they haven't got back to me. That doesn't bode well in my mind.

Keeping the review short & simple;
We recently changed over to CC from BT as the BT service had greatly deteriorated over recent years.
CC offered a much faster package at half the price of BT.
The 2 CC installation guys were excellent and took care over the standard of installation.
So far the speed has been what we were promised/expecting.
Follow up and communication with CC is also very good, particularly compared with BT.
These are our initial comments after 3 weeks - we will update after 6 months.

I received a call from Lucy this morning to discuss my contact renewal. It only took a few minutes and personally received a better product for my needs . (Saved some money in the ptocess, is always a bonus)
Received a confirmation email within minutes, so what is not to like.

Engineer arrived on the connection day and was very polite and after installing the broadband cleaned up after himself
I have had no problems with my speed and would recommend Country Connect

Signed up 3 years ago for line of sight internet because no fibre where I live. Was promised 50Mbps but it wasn't made clear to me that this was only hard wired to my computer. The wifi box they gave me provided around 15Mbps at best and they said it was my fault it wasn't higher even when I didn't have anything connected to it. Have been paying for inferior service for 3 years and did not get a reminder for when my contract expired so was automatically put on a rolling monthly post end contract charge even though a year ago I said over the phone that I wanted to stop my service at the end of the contract period. Apparently this didn't count as a cancellation notice. This company takes advantage at any and every opportunity and customer service is one of the worst I have ever come across. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Customer service is a joke to this company. Messages are ignored, phone calls are ended with promises of a follow up which are not given. Any other communications company must be better than these guys.

Speed is good, however I expect it to be for £36 a month. unfortunately living on a new build estate for the last 6 years, we're all tied into the one provider which doesnt allow us to compare prices for affordability

Most stable connection I have ever had, speeds are amazing and Customer Service is second to none. would highly recommend Country Connect as a Fibre provider

2 years ago we moved house. After a lot of hassle from BT we moved to County Connect.
We have never looked back.
A local company. 100 % commitment .
I recommend them each time someone asks who is the best internet provider. My neighbour has recently moved from BT to County Connect. She is so pleased with them. Conor + Andrew set up everything for her as well.

Country Connect are a terrible provider. Most of us in the area didn’t choose them — they were pushed onto people, and it shows. The internet quality is patchy at best, and whenever there are issues (which is often), they refuse to acknowledge them.

Their customer service is hostile and dismissive, even though the problems come from their side.

I know several people who have already left because the service is so unreliable. This is one of the few honest reviews you’ll find, and it reflects the reality: poor service, poor reliability, and poor attitude. Avoid them if you can.
