I have been with country connect for years. Excellent supplier and service, I would highly recommend over other providers.

I had just moved into the area and found out I was entering a ‘black hole’ with regards internet and mobile connection. I booked Country Connect after hearing great things about the Company. I can definitely see why they come so highly rated. Conor and Andrew had me connected in no time, with very little fuss, no mess & super fast internet. I was immediately able to receive wi-fi calls after having no mobile signal at all. Great job done, I’m super pleased and highly recommend.

We had our installation of fibre this week, and it was smooth and professional. They arrived on time, talked through the options and potential difficulties with the install, worked efficiently, tidy and kept us informed of progress.

At the end of the install Andrew took the time to explain the components and explained the indication lights.

Moved over to Country Connect after a disastrous few months with BT/EE. They could not have made the switch over any easier. Not only do we have fibre broadband for the first time ever which BT/EE can't offer in this area but it's cheaper than BT/EE too! The team are super helpful and for us more importantly local - I trust them completely to fix anything swiftly if anything goes wrong. Strongly recommended

We have just moved into a new home in Caerleon and have no signal whatsoever, the team came to my property the next working day and Andrew the engineer was fantastic in just getting the job done and giving me all the information required before he left. Can't fault it. Fantastic team.

After my previous ISP was out of contract in April 2025, I checked a comparison site and was surprised at what was out there. Then, while on FB, I came across Country Connect and enquired via their website to see what was available to me in my area. I was surprised. I signed up straight away and was given an install date. So I telephoned my previous supplier and cancelled my contract with them. Like all big suppliers who tried to keep my business, yes, they could beat the price I was paying, but they couldn't beat the speed that Country Connect offered. Then, out of the blue, I had a telephone call from one of their engineer saying they had availability to install it earlier than the install date, so I took up the offer to install it earlier. Since installation, I have had no problem with the service as of yet. I did have a problem but whittled it down to user error and not country connect problem.

Everything about the service is awesome, from the friendly and courteous installation team who were able to install the fiber to exactly where I wanted it, to the speed and reliability of the connection which is 20 times faster than what we were getting over a copper connection !

I firmly believe in supporting local, so I waited patiently for several months until Country Connect covered my local area. A couple of weeks back I saw they were live in my street, so I filled out the web contact form and waited for a call back. A week later, nothing. So I filled out the form and submitted again. Another week or so, and still nothing. Reminds me of the Pembrokeshire Promise, where a company promises to get back to you or provide a service, but never does.

Been with CC since November, 2024 (transfer from BT) and following recommendations, took the plunge of using a local company. Procedures to set up our account were efficient and non pressurised.
Installation day came and was efficiently and professionally completed by 2 of their engineers, who took me through each stage.
Except for a few early day issues, we've had no issues to follow up and being a local Company receive regular updates.
Have recommended CC to friends and wish that they covered a wider area to spread the word of 'excellent service'.
