Swapped provider from talk talk who has been my provider for over 4 years max speed was 30mb and now it's over 200mb around the whole house. instalation was quick and non disruptive neat and tidy,any questions the engineers where quick to answer. I opted for the full package and by far the best decision especially good for the gamers of the house as ethernet connected consoles get max 950mb to 1000mb which is unreal no more waiting days for new games to download it's now 1-2 hours. Very happy with the service i would and i have recommended to friends and family

Although we are paying for 1 gb at our home, unfortunately it isn't reaching our TV or phones or playstation, it maybe an issue with our house, the poles are located right outside our house so I woild expect our Internet to be much better

I’m paying for the top bracket and usually get close to 1000mbps download. This week it’s dropped to around 70mbps. On both wired and WiFi. I had issues before with purefibre but they actually were really helpful and sorted it for me. Now Country connect have taken over they are making it really difficult for me. I’ve sent them screenshots of my tests and they are saying my tests aren’t a valid way of recording the speeds and i need a laptop wired in. I don’t have a laptop. The tests I’m sending are valid and there is something wrong but they are refusing to help. I’ve been backward and forward all week via their AI software and email tickets as they are closed by the time i finish work. It’s so frustrating.
I have had this problem before with pure fibre the previous provider. They took my tests seriously and got the problem sorted their end.

Country connect offer a service in my area which is unparalleled to any other provider.
The installation was booked in quickly, and the gentlemen that came to do it were efficient and clean. They also offered some further information about boosting the connection around my home and the outside shed. Having used their internet previously, there was no doubt I'd be choosing it for my new home. The upload/download speeds make my life a dream.

In this day and age I was amazed by the excellent customer service offered by Country Connect. The team worked with patience and understanding of my limited IT skills.
They responded immediately to my email queries in a friendly, professional manner and displayed the same when installing the new system, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would particularly like to thank Conor for his kind, invaluable help and advice.
"Any problems, just get back in touch", was always his last comment on leaving!.... I have had no problems!

We have been with Country Connect since the end of March 2023 and find their broadband service very reliable. Not once in this period has the system failed. It is truly ultra-fast and the broadband speed has never fallen below the speed I purchased.

I have had a service from Country Connect for close to a year. They are Local, very cost effective, and provide an efficient super fast broadband service.

We had a fast response when I broke the socket cable moving furniture at the weekend, the team dropped a new one in the next working day. Problem fixed

Super fast late at night email reply when the internet wouldn’t work…. Turned out that a tradesman had plugged the cable into the wrong socket on the WiFi box when working in that room during the day. With a previous provider I wasted over 5hrs on the phone & a week later the issue still wasn’t replied

So don’t hesitate to move your broadband service to country connect you won’t regret it

only been with country connect a short time but very happy with the service all staff are very helpful and polite nothing is too much trouble for them and good value for money.

Having been with Country Connect for over a year, I cannot praise this company enough. Their broadband is fast and reliable, but it's the service that's unbeatable. Only had one issue in the year, messaged them to advise them of the problem, engineer was at the front door within the hour on a SUNDAY. Issue resolved within 20 minutes. Beat that if you can!

The performance of the broadband is great.
On the odd occasions when issues have arisen (more often due to other suppliers damaging cables) the support has been prompt both in customer service and repairs.

Very helpful and explaining things and prompt with mail replies. Installers were extremely polite and tidy, explained about router position etc clearly.
Fitting of extra node:- excellent interaction and advice on finding the right position for best signal.
My 100mb system always running above the promised 100mb figure, and at the price....very pleased
