Helpful customer services

Sean from customer services was very helpful in helping to cancel my subscription which I no longer wished to continue. Id signed up for my girlfriend's benefit but the coffee strength was not to her taste ( she's a latte drinker ). Sean listened to my requests and helped to resolve them without issues. He explained well my options while not being to pushy trying to alternative offers.

Great coffee, but account management is a total trap

​I really wanted to like this service because the coffee itself is genuinely lovely. Unfortunately, their subscription process feels designed to trap you.

​There is no option to cancel your subscription online— every piece of guidance on their website forces you to call a phone number. To make matters worse, when you actually ring the number, nobody answers. Making it impossible to cancel digitally and then leaving the phone line completely unstaffed is unacceptable.

​Sign-up takes seconds, but trying to leave feels like hitting a brick wall. I cannot recommend subscribing to a company that makes basic account management this difficult.

Like all help portals, a series of questions are asked so that we can direct you to the right online flow to assist you. You can pause your account via this portal or by going directly to the section needed via your online account. The portal is there as a guide through our cancellation process and while calling is an option, you could also contact us via Facebook Messenger as well via our helpdesk https://www.beer52.com/helpCentre/home. Our help centre link is at the bottom of our website and emails to our customers.

Can't cancel online

As other reviews have said, they're quite happy for you to sign up online but to cancel you have to go through endless pages online only to be told you need to ring them to cancel. It's 2026, do better guys.
