Super helpful, fast and informative.

Simeon was really helpful and made the experience smooth and very clear. Website and call service is really clear and would recommend to anyone.

I subscribed for some free coffee, which is very nice. We don’t drink a lot of coffee, but I didn’t think it through: a subscription would give us much more than we need! Brian was chatty and charming, and admitting my mistake was not too embarrassing.

Had a trial wine subscription and coffee subscription - both decent, arrived on time etc. I just wanted to do the trial as no need for a regular subscription, so went to cancel (you have to do this via phone) - was on hold for 10 mins before getting through. Was a bit of a hard sell from the guy but appreciate that’s his job! Only -1 star as a lot of effort to cancel.

Great concept. Trying different coffee's every month. Items well packaged and information inside the box regarding the coffee you receive.
You also receive regular vouchers and loyalty credit to use on your account. Great idea if you like to try different coffee's.

Top lad, polite, to the point, tried to sell me stuff obviously but didn’t bang on about it when he knew I wasn’t interested. Give him staff member of the month and a raise he deserves it, or at least give him some free coffee and beer

I've been subscribing to coffee52 for several months now and love the different flavours of coffee from around the world I get to try each month - the beans are always really tasty! Unfortunately I'm not longer allowed coffee, but Kaye Kaur was very helpful in cancelling my coffee52 and let me know I could still use my account vouchers on one of their many other products (wine, beer, & whiskey!). I've gone for the whiskey as it will make a lovely gift for a friend. Huge thank you to Kaye for making the transition seamless and making me feel valued as a customer.

My experience has been extremely frustrating, and the whole process left me feeling that cancelling is deliberately made far more difficult than it should be.This company treats the customer like they are doing you a favour. No response to emails and definitely no refunds.

I had to jump through multiple hoops, click through various reasons for wanting to cancel, and was even told to wait 24 hours before an option to cancel would become available. After going through all of that, I was then told: “Please call customer support.”Thry never respond

To make matters worse, despite several attempts, I never received the refund I was expecting. I also never received an email confirming my subscription in the first place, which made the whole situation even more frustrating and difficult to manage.

The entire experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the brand. I have zero trust in Coffee52 now and certainly won't be trying any of their products.

When cancelling a subscription requires this many steps and obstacles, it leaves a very poor impression and makes me question how much the customer is actually being considered.
£30 pounds non refunded.
Based on my experience, I would recommend being very cautious before signing up and considering smaller, independent online coffee retailers instead.

I did this subscription as a part of vodaphone rewards to try some different beans to the ones I usually get. I didn’t like one bag as much but the other I tried I really like. I spoke to Simeon Browne through customer service as I was originally going to cancel my subscription but due to the price being cheaper than what I currently get, I decided to stay for longer. His customer service was amazing and he was very understanding and knowledgeable in his role. The coffee itself might not be to everyone’s taste but it’s a great idea to try different countries each month!

Good luck trying to cancel your subscription with Coffee52 .. it feels deceiving with the amount of hoops I had to jump though and click various reasons as to why I didn’t want to carry on with the subscription Inc making me wait 24hr until a screen option became available to cancel.. and then at the end of all the clicks and pages “please call us mon-Fri during working hours to cancel “. Such a deceptive trap to make leaving very difficult. As a result, I’ve no confidence in the brand, zero trust of coffee 52, definitely not going near the sister brands of beer 52 etc as any brand that had to be so difficult to cancel clearly has only one interest and it’s not the customer. Avoid this company and stick to the smaller honest online coffee retailers instead.

Can only cancel by phone, this business practice is disgusting and I will never use this business again.

Great company and very lovely customer service! Highly recommend if you’re someone who likes to try new things that have been sourced for you and perfectly packaged up with all the info about the products!

When I cancelled my order the guy was very quick and helpful, with getting my cancellation through.
