Once you sign up (through an enticing offer) its a p**s poor process to cancel. The coffee isnt worth the hassle!

Fine until cancelling. Unethical.
Everything is fine until you come to cancel. They refuse to let you cancel through the website then make you sit on hold in an effort to make you not bother. I sat on hold for 30 minutes. Awful service and extremely dishonest/unethical.

Unfair subscription practice
Good price, service and delivery. Coffee was not to my taste and I tried to cancel - could not do it online so had to call. Simeon was very friendly and helpful, advised that there will be a different coffee on the next round and offered to give it another go. Nice customer service experience, more coffee to try!

Our products are of the highest quality and we offer many products that aren't available elsewhere, we produce a monthly magazine that customers enjoy reading, Our magazines for our products are included in every box and give our customers a wealth of knowledge on how we source our products, how our producers make their products as well as wonderful stories about the region they are produced in the stories behind their breweries, vineyards and distilleries.
Our boxes not only include our beers, wines, whiskies or coffee, but we also offer a quick postal service, snacks with our beers and wines and our product magazine in every box as well as amazing offers to use and share with family & friends. Our subscriptions are discovery clubs where our customers can choose to enjoy new and wonderful products every month, bi, or tri-monthly and of course, can cancel at any time should they wish to. We are sorry our prices may not be within budget for everyone all of the time but we of course try our best to balance our cost and supply prices as best we can.

The chap was super nice, friendly and easy to work with. I can't rate it 5, though, as it annoys me that in 2026 I have to phone and be forced to sit on hold to listen to an add for 2/3 minutes and then sit in a queue, just to cancel my subscription. The coffee is okay quality but quite pricey for what it is. The subscription cancellation is a pain as it has to be done via the phone. The agent then tried hard to retain my subscription.

bad coffee, bad vibes
The coffee quality seems very poor, as it is bone dry and smells of almost nothing when you open the bag.
More importantly, the system seems designed to make it as complicated as legally possible to cancel a subscription. After clicking through several pages and being repeatedly dissuaded from cancelling, it finally emerges that you have to actually call the company within working hours, wait on hold for some minutes, and then speak to a sweet talking salesperson who reels off further complicated offers.
I wouldn't be surprised if many people feel pressured by these tactics which in my view only just toe the line of legality. It should be as straightforward to cancel as it is to subscribe.

We offer a range of ways to contact us, including our help portal. Like all help portals, a series of questions are asked so that we can direct you to the right online flow to assist you. You can pause your account via this portal or by going directly to the section needed via your online account. Simeon Browne was very friendly and helpful on the phone when I wanted to cancel my subscription. Made some good offers but didn't take it personally when I turned them down!
