Cara pharmacy in pottery road, Dun Laoghaire provide an excellent service and go above and beyond to help customers.

Customer service in Cara pottery road is terrible. Nobody should be made wait 2 hours for a prescription. I also spent 55 mins on the phone for someone to answer.
You guys need to do better and get more staff. You are dealing with sick people.

Younger woman Aoife I think was unbelievably rude
We were on queue and she blatantly took someone she knew in front of us
When she came to us she I think grunted and then was angry that we asked about prescriptions our doctor called in the night before,She stated we should have called
Why this lady is a customer service representative is beyond understanding
Will be switching our prescriptions

Very bad customer service asked for a small gift to be wrapped young girl on desk said she hadn’t time she was closing. I asked what time it closed at she said 18.00 this was at 17.25 . I said that’s a half hour away. She just looked at me . The laziest look on her face there was not one other customer in the shop. I observed after I left the shop she was just standing behind till doing nothing. Longford branch

Have been going Pottery Road for years and if this review was for the OTC staff it is 5stars but after my recent experience with the pharmacist I will not be returning. after waiting over 30min they tried to fill an old prescription that was 8 months old as my prescription had been lost. when I asked what they could do i was told nothing. The pharmacist confirmed I will have to go back to my doctor, pay the fee to get a new prescription. Exceptionally disappointed with the lack of compassion & empathy

Visited Pottery Road branch in Dun Laoghaire yesterday. The staff member & pharmacist I dealt with were extremely helpful. I was unsure about a few things regarding my medication and they really put me at ease and gave me good advice. Thanks guys

Received different item than what was advertised and Mary from Customer service was brilliant very efficient in dealing with the issue and kindly sent me a gift along with the return label. Great Customer Service means a lot and I will definitely purchase from Cara Pharmacy again.

Defenitly i would not come back to Cara Pharmacy in Bundoran.
I was at 17.3o and I left at 17.58 o'clock
Waiting time for prescription today around 30 minutes.
My prescription had only 1 item.
And also 1 ladie over the counter in dispensary was eating biscuits on the front of costumers ( eating = no mask , very higiene).
Defenitly i will don't come back to Cara Pharmacy in Bundoran, not nice staff), Waiting time almost 30 min.

Very easy to order and goods were delivered as promised- delighted
