Expect shipping delays
I ordered the Milo artificial snake plant (sansevieria) on February 8th. It’s now February 28th and the order hasn’t even entered the shipping stream yet.
Two days ago, I was sent a UPS tracking number—except UPS confirms they haven’t received a package at all. For context, I live in Canada… the same country the company operates from. This is not an international logistics mystery.
I’ve contacted Artiplanto twice for a clear update. I did receive replies—but both were identical, one-line, copy-and-paste responses that neatly avoided answering any of my actual questions.
At this point, I’m cautiously optimistic the plant will eventually arrive and look passable. But let’s be honest, my expectations have dropped considerably. The experience so far doesn’t come close to their bold claims about customer satisfaction and timely shipping.
Final verdict pending.
Assuming the product ever shows up.
Edit: Finally received my order on March 10th. The plant isn’t the best quality, but it will do the trick. Looks half decent from a short distance away. I won’t be ordering from them again due to shipping delays and poor customer service.
Paid 3 months ago & still waiting for my order
I placed several orders with them & have received all but one. The order I haven’t received was placed on November 12,2025. My credit card was charged the $372.90 immediately & yet THREE MONTHS (3) later, I still have not received my items, nor a refund. I’ve sent them emails that have largely been ignored & when I called their customer service number listed on their artiplanto.com website, I get a recording saying the number you called “cannot be completed as dialed”. I’ve sent another email today asking for either the product I’ve paid for or a refund. I also attached the original order receipt with my email so there can be no misunderstanding whatsoever over this matter. If they respond & actually resolve this ongoing issue, I will absolutely update this review. Between my emails not being answered & now their number being out of service, I’m truly feeling both frustrated, disappointed & like I’ll never get the product or a refund. And that’s a shame because the 7 plants that I previously ordered from this company were delivered as promised & without issue.
The worst company!
I canceled my order 10 mins after I placed it due to the reviews. They responded to my email saying they would cancel and to this day they haven’t! It’s been a month and nothing! The 1800 number is dead, no one answers! I’ve contacted the BBB
Artiplanto is a scam
This company is straight up a scam. I ordered two artificial plants from them and shipping was incredibly delayed. I finally received one and it is nothing like the photo. The plant in the pictures on the website looked so much more realistic. What I received is a plant that isn't even three size I ordered, looks incredibly cheap and fake, and can't even stand up on is own because it is so top heavy. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that shipments to the US or purchases that were on sale are all final sales. They have tons of clearly fake 4 and 5 star reviewes on their site. After looking online to see if this is the norm, I see that it definitely is. Buyer beware.

DO NOT buy anything from this company, complete scam. I ordered a rug, was told for a month it was in production and shipping information would be provided, than I get an email to say they decided to no longer produce rugs. Promised a refund, still haven’t got it weeks later, thank goodness I put it in visa! This will likely get deleted, but I will post where ever I can! The better business bureau does not recognize this as a company and has received many complaints. It’s a SCAM or the worst customer service ever!

Horrible company
Ordered 2 snake plants and 2 ceramic vases . Paid a lot in taxes and duties . My order was just under 1 thousand dollars . I never received the vases and the company never responded to my emails . Since a box was delivered to my address , even though the product was NOT in the box , I couldn’t get a refund. Horrible company and customer service.

I ordered from this company on October 24, 2025. Two matching rugs (one, 8x10 and one 10' runner). No commitment time for delivery. Given I'm located in Toronto and their location is Quebec, I was hoping for a quick delivery -not the case. When they finally arrived after multiple followups with their online chap agent AND here is my experience......
Packaging, just a plastic bag for each. The runner packaging was damaged and dirty and it transferred to the back of the runner inside.
I opened the runner first and it was a complete fail. Wrong color, wrong pattern, extemely cheap quality. Looked like screen printing on a cheap ('washable') backing.
Opened the 8x10 next, again, complete fail. Wrong color, wrong pattern BUT the kicker was that it didn't even match the runner they sent!!!
THE SMELL - wow! It wreaked!! Smelled like plastic and oil mixed together. Couldn't wait to get it out of my house! I literallly had to seal the plastic back up with packing tape and remove the items to my garage until I received instructions for how to return.
After MULTIPLE followups and provisioning/proof of pictures of the received product, i was told that due to the product being 'defective' I could dispose of them with a commitment for a full refund.
I am happy to say that as of Dec 6, 2025, I did receive a refund in FULL. I suspect it's because they sent the wrong product.
However, please note their website is ALWAYS on sale and if you read their RETURN policy, it does state that discounted items are only available for exchange not refund.... so I got lucky I guess.
Communication is HORRIBLE. On one of my initial phone calls, they hung up on me after I gave them my Order number because it didn't have the expected alpha characters at the beginning. That's when I started to get really suspicious about th legitimacy of this company.
Overall, I would not recommend them at all. I did eventually get wonderful rugs and service from Tumble Rugs - go check them out instead!!

I wish I could give a zero. They don't even deserve 1 star. I received my terribly cheap looking plant and contacted them for a refund. They said they don't give refunds but could exchange it. I sent them photos of it and the plant to be exchanged and then crickets. Totally ghosted me. I've left about 10 voicemails- this obviously is a fake line, no one answers and repeated emails. They've just disappeared on me. Lesson learned to dig deeper online for reviews before purchasing. "Their website looks so legit". AVOID and save your money.

Absolutely terrible customer service- I ordered a bird of paradise and pot on September 27, it all showed as in stock on the website. It is now November 7, and I still haven’t received the plant. On sept 27, I also mistakenly ordered a couple of items that were in my cart from previously. It took 10 days to even get through to a human on the phone and almost 4 weeks to get the refund for those items. I have asked for a refund on the bird of paradise and I’m still waiting for a response. Will not be dealing with them again…terrible customer service!!

They will not give my refund. I have been waiting over 2 months and emailing them every week. They respond by saying will be refunded in 7-10 days.
I ordered two area rugs that were…COD for shipping-
I ordered two area rugs that were advertised as free shipping. I received the rugs via UPS and was told there is a COD of $162.00 for delivery. I refused the the delivery and was told from customer service I would be credited back for the area rugs minus the COD of $162.00. Never mentioned on their site about additional shipping fees for tariffs. Never would have spent that much for delivery had I known.

SCAM. MISSING REFUND AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. I received an email confirming that my order was cancelled and that a refund would be processed within 7-10 days. This was over 2 months ago and I still have not received my refund. I have sent countless emails to Artiplanto as well as many messages over their chat service requesting information about the status of my refund. I have also called the phone number listed on their website many times and have also left many voicemails. No one ever picks up the line nor returns a voicemail. Something is very wrong here.

Worst experience. Haven't heard back from them about my order and shipping date. I have sent multiple emails and called them multiple times too. Looks like a scam. I would not buy from them again!
I do not recommend buying rugs from here.
I bought a rug and after a month it had already faded and torn at the edges. It says it's machine washable but it isn't. I put it in the wash and it was destroyed. I contacted them and they never responded. I paid more than $300 for a poor quality rug. I don't recommend buying rugs from here.

Never received my entire order or a refund. It has been well over a year since the items were apparently out of stock yet they still list both items for sale on their website. They don't provide any updates and don't refund when they can't fulfill your order. The website is a scam and will steal your money.
Worst Customer Service
After placing an order back in January we still had yet to receive our product (a rug) come May. May 1st we cancelled our order and got confirmation and said we would be refunded 7-10 business day. It’s now almost July and still nothing. I’ve called and left messages because you never get anyone on the phone, emailed the service provider Megan who gave us the confirmation several times and no response back and even emailed customer service several times and nothing. Worst customer service experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from them. If I could give no stars I would.
