Have been going Pottery Road for years and if this review was for the OTC staff it is 5stars but after my recent experience with the pharmacist I will not be returning. after waiting over 30min they tried to fill an old prescription that was 8 months old as my prescription had been lost. when I asked what they could do i was told nothing. The pharmacist confirmed I will have to go back to my doctor, pay the fee to get a new prescription. Exceptionally disappointed with the lack of compassion & empathy

Quick convenient. Received a call with in an hour to confirm my address and that I would be there to receive the delivery.
Gary called me at 9am to confirm a time for delivery and arrived early. Excellent customer service from both office and drivers. Will be recommending.
