Just after been in to Kayleigh at KCR buying Aimee Connelly products. Beautiful friendly girl that knows all about the products and we out of the way to help me. I’d definitely go back to the store because of her. 5 stars all round

Fast delivery

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding a €25 gift card purchased in the Sligo branch on 19/12/25.
At the time of purchase, my mother was explicitly told by a staff member that the gift card could be used in any branch. However, when I attempted to use it in the Longford branch (my local store), it was declined. Staff there could not explain why and were surprised themselves when we discovered the small print on the back stating that the card is “only valid in store where gift card was purchased.”
This restriction is not clearly communicated at the point of sale. The front of the card simply states “Allcare Pharmacy,” which strongly implies it can be used across all branches. The limiting terms are hidden in very small print on the back and are not visible prior to purchase. Even staff appear to be unclear on the policy, which is unacceptable.
As I do not live near Sligo and am unlikely to be there in the coming months, this €25 gift card is effectively unusable. That is not what was represented at the time of purchase.
I formally contacted customer service to raise this issue. I received one response acknowledging my complaint and stating that someone would get back to me. I have never received any further reply. The lack of follow-up and accountability is extremely disappointing.
The way this gift card is marketed and sold feels misleading, and the handling of my complaint has only added to the frustration. Customers deserve transparency at the point of purchase and proper responses when concerns are raised.
I would not recommend purchasing gift cards here unless this policy is made much clearer.

Excellent customer service

I have been a regular customer of this Allcare Pharmacy in Donegal Town and before when it was Cara Pharmacy. I always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, but today I had a dreadful encounter when I was shouted at by the "Store Manager" Ka**n who shouted at me across the shop telling me to get out from behind the counter, which I was NOT! I was standing at the end of the counter in a gap between shelves on my LH side and the end of the counter, looking for a particular item on the shelves to read how this OTC med worked which I had seen advertised. I was astonished at the loud, nasty person who I had never seen before shouting at a customer. I told her I was not behind the counter" and she was still shouting at me as we came nearer each other. I walked out and went back to ascertain her name and position, and I told her I had never been spoken to in this manner before, that as a regular customer I would never darken their door again. This was a nasty, ugly manner for a" Store Manager" to speak to an elderly person and I'm still shocked and upset at being treated like this.

I booked a service with Allcare Main Street Lucan online. I arrived early to be told “ I meant to telephone you yesterday to cancel your appointment but I forgot “ We don’t have enough staff today to honour your booking .Not good enough I drove from Leixlip . Very unprofessional “ “Telephone next Monday to re book “was all I got .

My order was delivered and I got notified by email it had arrived at the pharmacy

Item delivered as expected, good communication regarding delivery

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company and heard nothing back. I had to search lots of areas for my parcel and eventually found it. Really bad delivery service

Stay clear away from this company I ordered click and collect to Rush co Dublin. I've never received my item. Now they telling me that I can't get my money back until I return the parcel wich I never received. This is clear theft.

Efficient service. It was nice to receive a phone call to say my order was ready for collection. Thank you.

So delighted on all the products and best of all the prices of the items very reasonable would definitely be ordering again.

*Regarding the pharmacy in Castletownbere. The staff are highly unprofessional and consistently display rude behavior. They discriminate by treating non-Irish customers differently, often refusing to serve them properly and doing so reluctantly. Prescription medications are frequently mixed up, and medicines intended for other individuals are issued by mistake. There has already been an incident where a young person was given strong antidepressants belonging to someone else. The head pharmacist regularly raises his voice and insists on deciding which prescribed medications he will or will not dispense, even when a doctor has legitimately prescribed them.*
